The Mango cardamom drink was tasting just like Tang Mango and no flavour of cardamom. We had specifically no extra ice but they served with extra ice. The ramen my kids ordered was ok. The veggies in the paneer sizzlers could have been a bit more.

Restaurant hygiene was just average. There were flies and cockroaches on the table. I wonder what is the condition of the kitchen. Food was Good. We ordered Monster burger and Tenderloin sizzler. Hope they get the hygiene side in order.

Need to improve the taste & quality of sizzler. We ordered one beef steak & one mixed nv sizzler, quality of the meat- both beef & chicken needs to be improved, additionally sausage was spoiling the taste.

Soup can be served in smaller bowls for better heat retention. Vietnamese Salad was too salty and differed from description in having Italian herbs.

"Where disappointment is always on the menu – the fading flavor of a once-great dining experience." Jonah's Bistro has been a go-to spot for me in the past, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, their new "2.0" menu is a letdown. Many items, including their once delightful sushi, are now missing. The quality of the food has noticeably declined, leaving me feeling bored rather than excited about dining there. My recent visit to the Jonah's Bistro in Express Avenue mall, Chennai, was particularly disappointing due to their abysmal customer service. Despite knowing that we would be dining past 10pm, the stewards failed to mention upfront that the air conditioning would be switched off at that time. As a result, halfway through our meal, we found ourselves sweating uncomfortably in the summer heat. When questioned, the staff at the billing counter offered feeble excuses and apologies, shifting the blame to the mall management. Their inability to provide a convincing explanation for serving customers beyond 10pm without adequate cooling further highlighted their lack of accountability. Overall, Jonah's Bistro has lost its charm. If they continue to neglect customer service and food quality, I doubt they'll be able to compete in the fiercely competitive food and beverage industry.

I visited Jonah's Bistro today with my three-year-old daughter, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by a serious hygiene issue. I ordered chicken pasta, and to my horror, discovered a cockroach leg in it. This is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that presents itself as upscale and sophisticated. While the staff did not charge me for the meal, which I appreciate, the presence of a cockroach part in the food is a grave concern. It indicates a lack of proper hygiene and poses a potential health risk, including the threat of food poisoning. The restaurant's ambiance and service were as expected, but this incident significantly overshadowed these aspects. I urge Jonah's Bistro to address this issue with utmost urgency to ensure the health and safety of its patrons. This experience was deeply disappointing and alarming, especially considering I was dining with a young child.

DO NOT be mislead by the photos. The food was completely horrible to the point where we left with 3-4 bites. The photos and everything are all misleading. Ruined our trip and our meal. The taste of the food was horrible.
