Eh, Junior Kuppanna, the place where culinary dreams go to die. My recent escapades to this eatery have been nothing short of a gastronomic comedy of errors, and I can't help but share this amusing saga. My first encounter with Junior Kuppanna was at their ECR branch, where everything seemed promising, until I made the grave mistake of trying their "Goli Soda." Folks, let me tell you, that seemingly innocent bottle of fizz was nothing short of a diabolical concoction, turning my digestive system into a battleground for chaos. It left me questioning life choices and swearing off all things fizzy. Round two brought me to their Velachery outpost, where I had the distinct privilege of encountering the enigmatic "Pichipotta Nattu Kozhi." Now, this dish was an olfactory adventure like no other. The smell was so off-putting that even my nose recoiled in horror. They promptly took it back, but my taste buds had already suffered irreparable damage. The biriyani, crafted from the mysterious "Jerraga Samba," left me pondering the mysteries of life, with its funny taste that was anything but palatable. And oh, the "Pichi Potta" paneer - it looked and tasted suspiciously like regular masala paneer, with a fancy name that fooled no one. Now, let's talk about their parotta – flaky and decent, but the only redeeming feature in this culinary circus. It was the perfect sidekick to the tragic "Pichipotta Nattu Kozhi." Speaking of which, let's address this chicken conundrum. They call it "Pichipotta Nattu Kozhi," but it's more likely a cunning blend of various chicken varieties. Only a poultry detective with a discerning palate could uncover this culinary riddle. In my third attempt at this gastronomic roulette, I ordered parotta once more, which proved to be soft and delightful. But alas, even though there was no obvious staleness in the chicken, I could sense its deceitful nature. By the time I reached home, my stomach had started plotting a rebellion, and by evening, I was hosting a feverish under-tummy party. Oh, what a wild night it was, thanks to Junior Kuppanna! In conclusion, Junior Kuppanna's culinary escapades are not for the faint of heart. If you possess a stomach of steel and a nose of iron, perhaps you'll find their offerings amusingly adventurous. But for me, after this trilogy of tasteless tribulations, I've decided to bid adieu to this gastronomic circus once and for all. Bon appétit, my brave culinary explorers, but beware the pitfalls of Junior Kuppanna!

We recently visited your Velachery branch for lunch. This is after confirming with them about the porata festival and 25 varieties of the same. We ordered 3 different kinds of porata which took close to 45 min to come and they still did not bring it fully. They finally never served bun parota, and the manager did not have a clue of what's going on. Frustrated I ordered for chicken biryani which was even worse than our service experience. They could simply said no porota for lunch or whatever their reason and we would have had something else. Making customers aimlessly wait for something which never came is absurd! On Saturday (08.10.2022) all the customers were frustrated with the service. My last visit to this place !

We got 4 button size idlies, 50% cooked brain fry and torn dosa! We have to wait 20mins for the torn dosa when the whole restaurant was empty. When I asked about the cook they said due fsi audit the next day the cook went out for some work !!!! Never visit this branch

there is no space to submit review for delivery. this restaurant not delivered the order but said they send it when asked by the Zomato executive. I rate them zero for saying lie and not owning they mistake. Passing on mistake to others are really bad attitude

Chicken was not skinned. The chicken Briyani is worst . Chicken pieces r with skin and when asked very bad attitude was shown by the people. Fish gravy is nothing but coloured water. Rasam is also bad. Will not recommend anyone

worst experience this time. ordered chicken biryani and mutton chukka. Chicken was not good, tasted very bad.. mutton chukka was ok not upto that level. waste of money. paid 879 for this food.

Food is really utter waste...Parotta smell was different from ordinary parottas..had a foul smell in it...
