I know I shouldn’t expect much in restaurants in mall but even with that little expectation, I was not satisfied. But anyways I went ahead with it as I know that I wouldn’t be visiting that restaurant in a mall any time in future. As expected, around lunch time it was super crowded and the waiters were super stressful. It feels bad to even enjoy food in such an environment. After waiting for few minutes, we got a clumsy place but quickly ordered a Mutton and Fish 65 biryani, both made of Seeraga Samba. Our first choice was Mutton Chukka biryani but it was not available so opted for Fish 65 briyani. The pieces were good but the biryani was literally same and spicy too. We also ordered meals which came with chapatti and two non veg gravies, nothing to boast about. For the sides, Brain Fry was very average. The only good dish out of all was the Nandu Masala, which felt amazing with Chappati and rice as well. Best bet would have been to buy that with Tiffin items like Parotta, Appam etc. It would have been a perfect accompaniment. Thanks to the hassle, we didn’t feel like have desserts there. Asked them to minus out the service charge and paid the bill.

food was average, but the service was bad. we had to call the person several times to place the order. while talking to us, he just walked away to speak with other guests. that was humiliating and bad

The restaurant is not clean. The handwash area looks like public toilet. Presentation is bad.

Service was extremely poor. A few things on the meal were not served even after repetitively asking and reminding. This goes against the tradition and culture of South India where service is of utmost importance. This is part of the experience of a meal and this was big let down. This is the second time this has happened in this place. I will not be visiting this place again.

Very poor restaurant. Non veg Items are not fresh. Very bad service as well
