The food was delicious. However there was one issue regarding paying via Zomato gold . We were informed that Zomato gold does not apply during weekends . If that is the case , customers need to be informed before hand which was not done . That was the only downside from an otherwise fine dining experience

My family and I had a lovely time at Kaidi. In addition to a differently themed restaurant, our host, Mr. Joseph Purcenn, ensured we had every want and need catered to. Would definitely recommend!

Last week I paid through zomato app but this time they denied it. This isn't good. These double standards are not acceptable. Ideally it should have been accepted this time as well.

Worst service! Giving one star because I can't give zero stars. Ordered soup and starters. Tomato soup was stale. Sent it back. The new one tasted even worse. Starters were good. Ordered main dishes Waited for an hour after ordering, no food yet. Manager says will get the food in 2 minutes. We just walked out after paying for the starters . Service is just pathetic. If these guys can't push food to the table after an hour of ordering, there is no reason for this restaurant to be open.

Restaurant food is good. But the service is very pathetic.They wont allow there customers to sit and eat comfortably.They will push their customers to eat fast .All dishes will be served together and the manager would say eat fast as other customers are waiting which was not the case.most pathetic service, as if they are providing food for free of cost. Never visit such places
