A beautiful pet friendly place, with the staff being very accommodative at all times! Enjoyed the view and the food!

A one line review - please do not go. Except for the view, which itself is not very great, there is nothing else in this place. The worst food I've ever had. To start off, the cheesy french fries was a disaster. There was hardly any cheese in it and when we asked them to add some cheese, they got it back in an even more horrible way that it was full sticky and not crispy. The raw toppings in the pizza, the pungent masala taste in the panneer starter, and to top it all the chocolate milkshake which was nothing but water and chocolate syrup was terrbile. For desert, we were served burnt waffles, that was hidden in some maple syrup!! And with still much hope, we ordered what was called cheese cake in their menu - which was harder than stale bread. Worst service worst food. Please dont waste your time and money here.

It was an utterly horrible experience. 10 of us had gone for a Saturday lunch. We had waited 1hr 45mins for our food after which we had received only one plate of dry pizza and one plate of cold fries out of all that we had ordered. The manager was nowhere to be found. The online ordering app didn't work. We had to order through the waiter and the food was sub par. Kalos has lost its touch. Inspite of being in a prime location and had starting out with amazing food. This too has fallen prey to the list of dying restraunts. This had left a friend of mine who had come to Mahabs for the first time to say " I am never coming to Mahabs again" and that is what Kalos has become. Never ever going there again. The management is doing an utterly horrible job.

So my bad day to chose to visit this place even after reading all the poor reviews. To begin this place is dirty and unhygienic to the core. Flies everywhere. No proper fans. The food was ummm dont know what it was. Pizza was hopeless. Just like a tortilla with some toppings. The management is rude and very bad. They dont how to speak to a guest. One word AVOID.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever seen at a restaurant! Waited for over an hour after ordering 2 items and they were both sub par. Staff and management is rude and does not care. Please don’t ever go here!!!

Worst behaviour of manager to the customers. Dont have a common human tendancy to behave to the customers. Need to inprove behaviour and also please mention close timing of the restaurant properly in google.

This is by far the worst place I've been to. Food is terrible, service is abysmal and the staff just don't give a rat's ass about you. Suggest everyone avoid this place.

They cheated, ordered something worth 450, they served something worth 1250 and charged us they whole amount even after knowing it was their fault!
