Tandoori Zinger Box: Chicken Zinger Burger, 2 Fried Chicken, Medium Fries and Medium Pepsi. I upgraded to Large Fries and Pepsi. As per Express Delivery, Food to be delivered by 7 minutes but it took 12 minutes to get ready. But they updated in system as food ready in exact 7 minutes, When enquired they said by mistake. But actually, It's unethical way of cheating both KFC and Customers by the employees. Employee was not aware of 7mins delivery failure compensation (Free Single piece Chicken) and later explained them and later they apologised.

I order the ultimate saving bucket to takeaway a packing was very worst very very worst I told to that executive please the Pepsi was leaking because of paper cup but she told me this is the way to packing nearby home it's 2 km only I came to my home all product was waste because of the packing all chicken piece was soked in Pepsi I call to avadi branch person he speak with me he telling me this is complement only we complaint already its not done this is the way to talk with the customer he is not give me a compliment I pay the money in that combo I got it he is telling me the compliment only whose he to give me a compliment he is not the kfc owner to give me complement I really really dissatisfied with the branch with avadi branch my money is waste I give zero mark to avadi branch because of packing and the way of speaking with customer

I ordered in zomato 2classic zinger burger and 6pc hot and crispy not all good and very worst . only 4 pc wings kept in the box , it look very dry dark brown and very foul smell .. carribbean bun instead of classic zinger burger, not in a proper way .. very worst and no body responding from restaurant side and i raised a complaint through Zomato also but they sad restaurant team is not picking up.. my bill value is above 1000rs totall waste
