Hey, just to start this conversation, Now who doesn't love KFC, and fried chicken?????!!!! Just forget all the vanity around and start gorging chicken people, perhaps the best fried chicken in Chennai after the Korean heartthrob, BBQ CHICKEN, nearby Stella Maris College.

Very nice place to go with family. The Citi Centre mall itself is a nice place to visit and having a KFC outlet there makes it all the more easier to visit and have lunch or a quick bite. The bucket, popcorn chicken or nuggets, they all taste good. Bit of a crowd on Sunday's but it's worth visiting.

3.5/5 I would say. No complaints on taste front, but service is slow, and sometimes chicken feels stale and there is after effects on stomach. We generally have zinger burger combo or rice bowl combo.

Always the best! The outlet people are so good and friendly, they help you get your order to your table and make you wait less. They are so quick too, i love the outlet!

Very regular visitor. Been here a lot. Bucket Chicken fills in the order most of the time so is Popcorn and Hot Wings. Veggie side - shame not much to choose from these days except for the evergreen Veg Zinger, Super Delicious & Lemony Veg Longer and the awesome Veg Fingers. Service is Ok. Orders depend on how many other people are at the place. Mostly crowded at peak hours and weekends.

I am a big fan of kfc Having been to 10-15 outlets I have never been disappointed. But this outlet served us really bad fried chicken. Burger is good but fried chicken is not crispy and not boiled. Yesterday me and my friends are going to santhome KFC the food was awesome this outlet only in this problems I see the zomato review of this outlet. Very bad reviews are there

Zinger burger mouth tempting one.. Gud place had chicken popcorn, pepsi, burger, frenchfries😍but reduce the price of kfc it's kind request... Gud ambience nd environment

The Most Unorganised KFC I've been. 1. No one attended for close to 5 minutes, everyone were in cooking session and even though they saw me, no one came to attend for the first five minutes. 2. Food took close to 30+ minutes to get ready. Most of the customers were frusted and they asked to cancel the order. 3. Even though there are multiple seats available, it wasn't cleaned for more than 30 minutes to sit in a comfortable place. 4. Order Display machine didn't display the order number. I believe it's a Female Employees only KFC. Single Chicken Roll: Not so flaky bread rolled with Boneless chicken strip and sauce. Tasted good for around Rs.100.

Terrible service. Ms. Annapoorni - who claimed to be the manager, was arrogant, clearly unfit for a managerial role. Staff were clueless and disorganised. The so called “Manager” was only holed up inside, but nowhere to be found otherwise. Poor leadership and zero customer focus. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Love the brand, but appalling to see the kind of people they’re hiring to run the business.

Disappointed with the quantity of food and the high price of it.....hope it would improve its quantity next time.. And do not disappoint the customers with fake pictures
