Ordered Triple treat. Since it was late night.. I was given crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken. Nothing to tell about the taste. Just amazing. Only thing bothering being the price. It can be reduced. Loved the dips too. 4/5

Have to wait lil long preparing time was late then usual rest everything was fine staff was polite hope next time I don't have to face same problem as they promised.

Used to be a KFC fan up until all those negative reviews started piling up.... however, I have nothing against this outlet in Ampa Skywalk Mall. One of the few restaurants within the mall that haven't been closed down due to lack of business. Cool sporty bright ambience and standard KFC quality. Try to avoid dining here during peak hours as service gets real slow. Service: 3.1/5 Ambience: 4.2/5 Taste: 3.4/5 Hygiene: 3.7/5 Budget: 3.0/5

I was brought up in the Middle East so I know what good fast food tastes like and this is not it . I’d rate it -5/5 if I could . I ordered fries , a chicken zinger and hot crispy (2 pcs) . Nothing about the hot and crispy chicken was hot or crispy , absolutely no salt and the chicken was old I’m sure. The chicken zinger was trash , dry as hell , I doubt these guys know anything about making a burger , how on earth can anybody eat a dry burger, negligible amount of mayo. The fries were average literally the only thing that saved the meal . I’d recommend none of y’all for waste your time at kfc- ampa mall . I’m not sure if it’s just this branch or it’s the same all over but this branch is horrible.

Yesterday i went here for my dinner, I tried to place order but i couldn't, ya i knew yesterday festival day so little busy. But the staff's are not aware on that. Totally four POS is there. But the staffs are using one POS. Also they ask all the guest stand in a single Queue, Its like a Tamil Nadu Ration Shop line. Finally I've placed my order after half-hour then my next dare is collecting food which is very tough because again its line. At finally i got food after 15 minutes. The fried chicken was very cold, The popcorn also tooo bad.

It took 35 minutes to get a French fries, we were told 15 mins while ordering, but the fried didn't arrive even after 15 mins. My kid went & asked at the counter, was told 5 mins but nothing until I went & asked. Along with it, ordered a chicken popcorn rice, & the rice was mushy, tasted horrible.

ordered chicken burger it was below room temperature.. chicken was not fried,soggy and the cheese inside is not melted.. means they not bouthered to give time to cook it wasted money..no response for the complainant raised

Irresponsible staffs they dont know how behave to customers. This out let lost my trust in the KFC. Very very poor service. Why top management is not taking any action. I have written this review after visiting 4 times.

Fraud , cheeting by online orders I ordered one item but sent a cheaper item Not fair. On enquiry each one says contact the other. No one takes responsibility

Chicken was spoilt and my friend is admitted in the hospital !! Pls guys, avoid this crap shit ! They use MSG a lot !!
