The only kfc in chennai having a nice view facing the sea The place needs a lot of maintainence and uplift. May be its tough to maintain due to the salty air. Best time to visit is on Wednesdays when they have the offers running

The kfc chicken is very tasty .. the service was a bit slow and had to wait for almost for an hour to get my order. Their spicey fries is my absolute favorite Hope they improve their service

I order two smoky chicken but they send one piece only .I have raise the concern in zomato still now not resolved.

The staff are very unhygienic - the two who were serving us had long nails, not a single one was wearing gloves and out of all the staff only 2 - 3 were wearing head caps. Totally put us off. Would request KFC to audit this outlet before the FDA does. Pretty sure you will find many FDA rules being violated. Also the outlet itself is dirty..tables were not cleaned, floors had food and wrappers strewn around. Would request anyone really wanting to dine here to ask that the staff serving you are wearing the necessary gear to ensure hygiene/ cleanliness is maintained. KFC

My order unlimited bucket oral total 600 I will pay but I can open my order four pieces only again I call and that delivery boy he told I inform my KFC manager that manager name is Robert he told next time he can order I will send it pending order now I can order he not respond with me you not giving in the proper order why you take the order that manager of irritating fellow in case you are so very irritating me Vastu service you not send it refund also

This place has the same burgers and fries every other place offers, They are priced very highly even though their quantity is little. Being situated at the beach they must reduce their pricings or bring in more offers for people. All the time if i ask for a drink they say not available. Such a bad management. Tables are dirty and sticky.. toilets stinking. Food - 3/5 Ambience - 3/5 Price - 2/5 Service - 3/5 Overall experience - 3/5

AC not working. Order not provided correctly. Basic order was mistaken. We had to wait for 50 minutes to get our order. No efforts to provide the service. And when we received the order we got our food with missing items. Literally we had to go the counter 3-4 items. Very bad experience with the place.

I'm not one to exaggerate. But, this KFC truly deserves a lot of hate. The burger patty was cold. The chicken was uncooked. The mojito krusher was hot. Please, close the outlet and sell pakora and samosa, (or idli-dhosa).

A standard place to have burgers . But this place has the worst management since no one responded even after calling them repeatedly. And the tables were not even neat

I ordered KFC big eight it came cold ,dry and burned.. The chicken was dry as dehydrated tomato..it was totally bad experience..not expected from KFC
