Taste is good. Food delivered early. But the food would be nice if it was served hot. Otherwise good service and good quality. Satisfied service from Zomato and KFC.

I have been to this place 3 times. Once on my birthday when they complained of gas issues in the kitchen for the order taking too long. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a burger. I have the benefit of doubt to the staff and went for a second time. The second time went alright, but today was a third time and they said the same reason again. Every 5 minutes, a staff would come to me and say that the oils is getting cooked and they had some gas issues and it will take 5 more minutes. This continued on for 20 minutes until I finally lost my patience. After another 5 minutes they gave me my food. When I came home and opened, the burger was cold, the french fries too crunch and stiff. the veggie strips was half cooked and I waited 25minutes for this damn half cooked veggie strips. I wasted money but learnt a lesson. Never going to any KFC again

Am so disappointed tonight. I have had wonderful burgers from KFC in Chennai and other countries too but tonight I have to change the statement. I ordered a chicken zinger burger alone. 1. The bun was so soggy and not fresh 2. There was a tiny piece of lettuce leaf (the size of 10Rs coin) and that too was not fresh, it was yellowish white 3. It's not worth my hard earned money, may it be 135rs I could have got a satisfying plate of briyani for 100 or meals or good amount of snacks or tiffin or I could have just put fuel to my car and drove another 10 KMS. Madipakkam guys are spoiling the name of KFC and burger. Probably people are not complaining because they don't know what actual burger taste like. Patty alone is not burger!

Ordered food from this outlet and had left specific instructions asking not to add peri-peri salt on the wings and asked for leg PCs for the single extra pc ordered. But none of the instructions were taken into account. The Wings were too salty with overloaded peri peri salt, that none of us could eat it. We also got a huge breast piece instead of leg, with half side with zero crisp batter. Even the burger had two small piece of lettuce in little mayo. The veg cutlet in zinger box had raw veggie taste in it. We ordered 6 wings and we couldn't even have eat two... This is the worst KFC food experience ever for us, who are big KFC fans.

Hi I love KFC always and I prefer eating kfc products compared to Any other brand. This time when I ordered a burger, the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. The centre of the chicken was very raw.. and I was unable to eat!

I felt like i ate a bun bought from the petty shop for 5rs with a small broken piece of crispy chicken stuffed without any toppings except sauce.. and they charge 300₹ for that worst food. I regret for choosing KFC.

Ordered from madipakam branch :Missing items and taste bad with too much of salt Asked for the missing items branch office says out of stock and noresponse in madipakam branch worst service and above all taste worst

classic chicken krispy is not fresh cook please don't do like this. and popcorn and french fries but burger is not ok....

I ordered 4 classic chicken roll....but they have given only 3 classic chicken roll.....very worst experience...very bad
