The all time favourite burger hub if you need to have a complete and quick meal experience at fast speed then this place is must visit. Ambience is also good and staff are courteous

I ordered Classic Zinger Burger 5-in-1 combo along with 2 piece chicken@ ₹120. Total Bill was ₹640 There is no complaint with regards to the food since product was prepared hot and served. French fries could have been bit better. There were no adequate staffs at the counter which could be avoided.

One the Highway KFC... we order smoked grilled chicken and popcorn chicken all are super taste and soft drinks.... the service also super and restaurant also neat and clean ..

This outlet of KFC is not so great with respect to service, quality of food and the location. A little disappointed when I visited with my family.

It was a horrible experience. I’ve lost complete respect towards entire KFC. There’s no organization what so ever. The store was super crowded obviously, it was weekend but no one from management had a grain of brain to be prepared or to have more man power to handle the orders. But they were smart enough to suggest all the customers to use KFC app to make the orders, so there’s no turning back. And each of us, literally had to wait more than 90 mins avg. for the order to be delivered. I had 6 small kids with me, who were starving and crying. The thing that pissed all of us off was, they were picking the order on a random basis and trying to clear them. My order was around Rs.5000+ of course, it was big order and somehow ended up as a last preference to complete, as they were keen on clearing the small orders. The horrendous response from the KFC people is what made my decision to never visit KFC on entirety. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS STUPID KFC BRANCH!

Hi this Ajay from Chennai , I use to order regular in KFC but this branch spooling the brand I have ordered bucket of hot and crispy chicken 8 pcs chicken they served were cold they have already cooked it so it doesn’t feels hot and crispy, I am totally disappointed with this branch , totally waste of money , really this make me stop ordering foods from KFC , especially this Poonamallee spoils the brand name …. If you really feel sorry for this , kindly refund my money

Friends don't go to this restaurant, this is a fake kfc who fooled me 2 times. They gave me small wing sized pieces for hot and Crispy when i ordered through zomato. I have informed the problem to them before ordering. Still they are what they are. If kfc people wanna talk with me call me on 8639259797.

Hi Zomato, I have ordered zinger combo today.I havent received the combo products correctly and I see missing Pepsi can. Though zinger burger is good, I didn't like the way they missed one item item and little 1pc hot and chicken.

Taste is not kfc. Inside burger only tasteless chicken nothing else.Hereaftr pls don't cheat the customer .Shocking, is it kfc or anyother..
