Great food... Amazing experience...cool people and also great location. Can use upstairs too, parking is also a cool one.

Possibly everyones favorite junk food outlet… even though located in such a prime spot, rated low for the time taken to receive orders and inadequate seating arrangement. Taste-wise fine, service after order was quick. only option in this locality and hence give a try

Don’t order kfc Royapuram outlet ,they are very worst of making chicken it’s too dry ,not a good teaste

Was excited for the first KFC in my area but taste wise it is disappointing. Checked in two other branches. KFC tasted has changed. Double Down burger was not cooked property. Mayonnaise tastes bitter. Chicken taste in Royapuram branch is not upto the KFC Standard. Changing the Rice Bowl name to Briyani and selling it at higher cost is not fair. Even the big Briyani bucket won't be enough for a single person. Disappointed to the core. Hating KFC but still eating with other choice left as I love KFC chicken

Im not satisfied with the order which i received. The shop has collected the money for popcorn chicken but i dint receive the food and they hav given very less quantity in stay home bucket. It has written all 6pcs bt i received only 2 pcs ..not fair i need to claim a report.

The quality of the food at KFC Royapuram is horrible. The Biriyani was just rice n full of garlic and garlic skin. The chicken pieces were also not cooked well. Never again will I order from here or recommend this place.

They not accepting online orders … they off that official kfc online order link .. they did not give proper response for customers also ..

Uncooked raw chicken got delivered. Pepsi in the order is also missing. Overall very unsatisfied experience.
