Ratings based only on Smoky Red Grilled Chicken.. Saw these ads of smoky Red Grilled Chicken and was immediately tempted to try it as i am kind of a fan of spicy food..So when last week i was moving towards the beach on the santhome high road the kid wanted to have some food as we stopped at the outlet for a quick snack.. The firsts of the KFC outlets with typical looking interiors...Placed order immediately and the food too was served in a jiffy.. Coming to the Smoky red Grilled chicken they were all leg pieces..Looked alarmingly red yes but was it spicy??? One bite and i was blasted with a taste of paprika which was marinated on the least side as it was just on the outside but not on the inside..The Meat needed a bit more cooking too..Spiciness level too was manageable and i frankly expected more given the name.. Priced at 179rs i felt it was a bit high for the tiny pieces...Just worth a single try..

Firstly the staff are a bunch of teenagers who are not adequately trained for this job. There was only one person on the billing counter and he takes a minimum of 5 minutes to take one customer order. I went in to get a take away of medium popcorn chicken. There was chaos with some online orders, the customers visited the restaurant personally and got their food replaced. They ran out of popcorn chicken, when i asked for a refund. They plainly said refund is not in their policy. I was asked to wait for 5 to 10 mins. I had to wait around 25 mins for bare minimum order of a popcorn chicken. Overall very poorly managed KFC branch, staff and mangers needs to be trained about time management and customer service. I have already raised a complaint with KFC customer care. Hope someone at KFC leadership team sees and take reauired measures to improve their staff training.

Do you guys even have a bench mark for the size of chicken and how much atta should be used? Are all your chefs even trained on this? Do you ever do blind Quality test? This is what lacking in your Indian KFC chains!!!!!!!!! Especially Santhome and Citi centre Chennai. Does that attached even look like a chicken strip to you?? Worst compared to any KFC I have been to around the world! Cooking, portion size and irresponsible constructed burgers, If you cannot keep up with the order you should not do business, Just because you send 4 pc of chicken well when put together it looks like a quail. Please for god's sake improve the quality of chicken and Kitchen then you can see improvement. You people treat customers as "Jokers"

"employees give priority for online orders and treat dine ins very badly" absolutely the worst experience ever. the orders were never taken in time, we got served late with the wrong dishes that were stale! the tables were not cleared at all! we were asked to memorize the token numbers and we weren't given proper bills for our orders which is unlawful. and we could see most employees just standing idle in the kitchen bunking work without attending the customers! this is absolute disrespect for dine-in customers by the staff. waste of time and money! Please close the dine in and do only online orders if you don't have the capacity to respect the customers.

Had visited the Santhome outlet around 19.00 hours on December 21 Sunday 2025 .ive never seen such dirt and clutter on the counter and the area where the food is stored display was all strewn with papers plastic and paper bags. The staff didn’t know what they were doing . Got the wrong order and on checking the staff tore open the pack with anger . The outlet needs to close down . Have heath inspection done and staff needs training and supervision and adequately staffed too . It looked like a roadside joint . Not an international chain .

Every single time when I send my person for a particular piece of chicken they give the right opposite . Which idiot over there doesn’t know the difference between a thigh and a great piece . The manager sucks and the staff too . Why working there if they don’t know what the customer wants . Morons .

i have visited a lot of kfc in Chennai but santhome branch is really the worst no service whenever I visit that place i am facing this no manager at counter no proper response waste of time please give importance to customer

The service was so bad we had to wait 45 mins to get the food. Fries were stale , they didn’t have milk for the coffee , got milk after an hour and it was bad ! Never coming back to this Santhome branch ever! Less staff
