Came to know about this place only recently, thanks to widespread fame in social media. When I wanted to try some new options for bucket biryani, many suggested this place. So, I zeroed in on this one. My order was on the Sunday next to Diwali, I was skeptical whether shops would be open that day so I inquired about the place much in advance. Even though I wasn’t able to reach the phone number, I got quick reply from WhatsApp about their availability. Their website too is decent, through which I ordered to got five percent discount but unfortunately it didn’t happen. I’m right away cutting off one point for that. The order was a Mutton Bucket Biryani for four people which came along with four Eggs, Raitha, Dalcha and four Chicken Chukka. Chukka was a surprise here, which was different from regular Chicken 65. But taste wise it wasn’t great, it was too spicy and was not an able accompaniment for biryani. Coming to the Biryani, the quantity was huge. It’s mentioned as for four people but it’ll easily fit for six people. For us we were able to do away with eight medium eaters. Biryani was so flavorful and not too spicy. The quality of the biryani, especially mutton biryani is determined through the softness and type of mutton pieces. The mutton pieces here were tender with less bones and a lot of flesh. So right away it was a hit. The accompaniments too were just fine. But may be because I was on biryani overdose, it didn’t entice me as much as it should have. Otherwise it’s definitely recommended.

Mutton biryani from Khalid's was a refreshing change from the run of the mill Chennai biryani initially...but now they seem to have adapted to the same cooking style and thus it has lost the distinctness ...it is now same type as found in every nook n corner of Chennai.....maybe it is due to local customer demand but its specialty for other customers who yearn for N Indian style biryani seems to have lost now...

Food taste was worst, the egg in the biriyani came with the egg shell. Inspite of complaining and returning the food, the same biriyani was given to us. The lollipop we ordered was made from stale meat. Very unhygienic restaurant. Worst experience.

Not enough waiters we got our food 40min late even forgot one of our orders food are very chill in condition please ask them to close the restaurant and take care of delivery alone

The hotel is not at all maintained. Poor hygiene AC is not working. The seats are very dirty. Floor is not maintained properly Highly not recommended

The Service is worst. chicken is not properly cooked, we can see the masala in the chicken with out cooked. Briyani is not worth for the money.

I will booked Zomato dining...Bill paying time he not acceped Zomato payment.....very worst cheated strategy ...Don't Trust offers..

Today what I bought the Food was not tasty itself. Biryani rice was not cooked properly.. Tandoori chicken was also not good..

The is not hot and taste is not like biriyani, it’s like tomato rice. Please improve the taste
