Each bite offered a burst of flavor, with the spices enhancing the natural sweetness of the prawns. **Rasam:** The rasam was a refreshing and tangy addition to the meal, with a burst of flavors from the tamarind, tomatoes, and spices. This hearty meal comes packed with a variety of dishes, each one rich with spices and cooked to perfection. From tender mutton perattal to the flavorful prawn chukka and a comforting rasam, every bite is pure delight. Lunch at this place turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! What I really appreciate is their unique concept of serving portions by 100 grams, which helps minimize food waste. 🌱 We ordered 200 grams of the Kongu plain biriyani (which is vegetarian-friendly and gives vegetarians a chance to experience authentic Kongu biriyani) along with a few parottas—they even offer wheat parottas! For the gravy, we tried the Chettinad chicken gravy, and it was absolutely delicious. 🍲 To wrap things up, we got the Slado payasam—highly recommend it! It was just right, not too sweet or watery. And for something different, we tried the mango bread halwa. Surprisingly, the mango flavor was subtle and well-balanced, making it an interesting choice! The pumpkin halwa was also good. Overall, a fantastic spot for lunch. There’s so much more on their menu, so I’ll definitely be back to explore further!
