We came across this place on Zomato with a 4.5 rating and honestly it truly lives up to it… Right from the start, the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, which sets the tone for a great dining experience… We ordered prawn tempura, grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes plus the homemade chicken curry with steamed basmati rice… The grilled chicken dish and the curry were absolutely delicious full of flavour and I must say cooked to perfection. The overall vibe of the place is superb. If you enjoy a simple, laid back cafe with great food and excellent service, this is definitely a place worth visiting… Thank you Kraft for an amazing Sunday lunch!

“This was my 4th visit, and honestly… I think I keep coming back for the AC 😄” Don’t get me wrong—the food is great, the staff are super polite, and the whole place has this really calming earthy vibe that just works. But that Haier AC in the corner? Absolute legend. Silent, powerful, and always doing God’s work in Chennai heat. The menu is like a mini street-food world tour—you’ve got everything from Mumbai classics to Chennai favorites to Asian street food, all under one roof. It’s a solid mix, and there’s always something new to try. Overall: great food, great ambiance, great people… and one unforgettable AC unit that deserves its own review. ❄️🔥

It's a revival! really good food! Ordered the Mushroom Chilli Oil Bruschetta, which came loaded with really well done Mushrooms. The bread was crispy and chewy at the same time, how Bruschettas ought to be. Also had the Spaghetti Arabbiata, 👌👌👌

Amazing food, very good service. the ambience was quiet but aesthetic. Ordered Nachos, White Sauce Pasta, Tres Leches and Chocolate Lava. all were exceptionally good.

. This was our second visit to Kraft, the first being a few years back. In my opinion, the original menu and ambience was a lot better. The new cafe has an aesthetic feel with good decor, mainly highlighting the wood design business aspect, but it does give insta vibes. Food review: our order was a mix of different cuisines and though it was not too authentic, it was passable. Water chestnut, cheese and corn dimsum served with a mango salsa was the highlight of our meal. It was a new addition to the menu and was really good 👍 Tempura prawns were good but I would have preferred a different dip and not soya sauce. Arabiatta pasta with an add-on of grilled chicken - was really tasty. For me the tomato sauce was actually quite good compared to the slightly raw taste that usually is served. Beef pulled burger was okay. The beef was tasty but was nothing exceptional. Japanese Egg Sando was very disappointing. For one, the bread was not appropriate and the egg Mayo filling was quite ordinary. Drinks: 'Zero free pina colada' (pineapple and coconut milk) was really good but 'Cinderella' was way too sweet. The sugar syrup over-rode the pineapple and orange. Overall: It is just like any decent cafe with excellent service but I felt, for the food offered, the prices were a bit high. Recommendation: Bring back your Mediterranean menu.

If your pricing and serving time is high, better get the food right. Pizza was really good, everything else was not worth it. Menu needs to highlight veg and non-veg separately. The waiters need to know what is available and not. Do not take the condiments from the table before we finish the food. We do not have to remind every time what is pending. It is ok to charge service charge but you got to have the service to that level. Lastly fix your google maps location.
