Car parking was a problem. First they said no car parking. And then, valet parking became available I had already booked the table. But when we went there, there was no seating. Had to sit for sometime at the outside smoking zone. Had to put pressure to get a table inside

Fries was too salty, it was supposed to be sour cream & onion. Avocado toast was tasteless when there was so much going for it in theory looking at the ingredients in the menu. Hot chocolate was ordinary. On top of it, the items were so expensive. 375rs for that small cup was a joke. Service was decent and staff were courteous.

I usually love coming here but my last visit left me sad. The portion was so small and I later realised things felt off because my friend was trying to claim the in-store free cold coffee offer for people with a certain number of followers.

We were harassed by few transgender while parking there. Security was there in front of kup but he didn’t even try to stop them. They harassed us badly and they also tried to snatch my baby. We gave them 2000 rupees and still they demanded for more money. Be cautious if visiting Even after reading this.

Really bad service, the staff are not interested to serve on the top. Had to go down and order for food and water came after several reminders. The pricing and the experience doesn’t match.

PATHETIC SERVICE. The servers do not know what is on the menu and do not answer any questions about the menu. The servers just stand around waiting. No water is served unless asked
