The food was good, but the service was very slow. We had to wait for a long time to get a glass of water. The waiters focus more on the customers sitting inside than the ones sitting outside.

ordered pizza here, and the base,crust, sauce and cheese was very very salty. despite addressing this to the waiter and manager, they refused to fix it. manager even went on to say "everyone in the restaurant is eating from thiis pizza base". very poor management, would give 1 star if it wasn't for the somewhat decent mushroom soup

Very crowded, in spite of booking an appointment and being on time, we were made to wait for a long time because someone known to the owner of the place was allotted a table ahead of us , in spite of coming much later than us. Unfair.

The pizza was almost burnt, also the pasta was not properly cooked and the taste was quite bitter. Expected a lot from this one but sadly quite disappointed

The service here is extremely disappointing. I had called the restaurant around 3-4 times to check if they are pet friendly and even asked if we are ok to bring a pet to be seated in their outdoor seating. The lady who answered me kept saying yes its allowed multiple times when i was reconfirming . When i turn up there after a 40 min drive, she says i never spoke about this. Then when i showed my reservation and call log they said oh its a misunderstanding, we cant have a dog here. I am completely ok if a restaurant is not pet friendly( its totally up to the restaurant’s policy and its ok) but the fact that they said its ok after me checking multiple times, their carelessness is not acceptable. And not only me , there were multiple people complaining about other issues related to reservations. Very bad service.

The food was below average , the serving took 40 minutes or more for some dishes , we had ordered bruschetta and the cost was about 450 exclusive of taxes and they served two small pieces of a very bland I would say slices of bread with cheese , overall it was the worst experience, overpriced place with tasteless food. We would never come back here
