Little Hut! This is a milticuisine restaurant located opposite to the Dindigul Thalappakatti , and is best known for its arabian cuisine dishes. Let me get to the review. Our order was, 1. Chicken Clear Soup 2. Chicken Noodles- The taste was good, but the salt was a little bit on the higher side. 3. Chicken Tikka Masala- succulent pieces of chicken tikka Cooked in spicy indian style gravy. 4. Bangalore Chicken- spicy saucy marinated cooked chicken pieces cooked in tawa along with capsicum and served in a semi saucy type. 5. Wheat parotta & Butter Kulcha's 6. Tandoori Chicken 1/4 - perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The ambience wasnt much satisfying as the tables were not cleaned properly, the setvice was pretty bad as we were brought wrong dishes to the table and was a bit slow. Overall it could turn out to be a okay place, to fulfill your hunger. But if your looking for a good family restaurant, i surely wouldn't recommend this place. Maybe best for takeaways. #LittleHut🏠

It's a place on the corner of the blue star to Shanthi colony road. They have so many branches even one on the opposite but this review is specifically for the branch in the corner. I have been here many times for the shawarma alone. Sometimes it does really get crowded in the evenings. Prices are VFM. Ambience is just like any other budget restaurant. Shawarma has nice chunks of meat and their sauce is also very good. Quite filling and makes your day. Would like to try out other dishes here.

A well known restaurant for many in the surroundings of Anna Nagar, very famous for their Fried Rice. The Fried Rice served here is very tasty. Been to this place numerous times for eating and take away. Ordered Egg Fried Rice, Chilly Chicken Semi Gravy and a Shawarma The Fried Rice and Chilly Chicken was extraordinary in taste and shawarma was ok. Location - 3.5/5.0; Ambience - 2.5/5.0; Food - 4.0/5.0; Service - 3.0/5.0; VFM - 4.0/5.0

Always had take aways from little hut. The grills and Barbeque they have are the best in the locality. The quantity of gravy is less and for the price they offer, it could be higher.

Good service and great taste . Nominal price . Chicken biriyani is a must try and also they have variety of tandoori and grilled foods.......

#210. [17-Mar-15] :- Another fast food try out at Anna Nagar, after visiting Jack n Jill last week. Little Hut is another fast food shop which is always crowded at all times. Located on Shanti Colony main road where the one way starts. I ordered Shawarma & Chicken Tikka this time. A decent shawarma with a bit a salads (veggies marinated on vinegar). Chi ken Tikka was not that great, especially after having tikkas at Jack N Jill recently. Masala was not marinated properly as we like. So I would rate as just average for the tikkas. Had better ambiance & service than Jack n Jill, with seating on small AC Hall. Reasonably priced though, shawarma costs ₹70 & Tikka costs ₹130. According to me, its just an average fast food shop which is crowded most of the times.

The chicken noodles were okay though the colouring was a bit yellowish, perhaps a dash too much garlic? The Gobi manchurian was okay but needs improvement.

I chose this resto as one of my frnd who stays near this place suggested dis as one of the decent VFM resto..dat time wen we went d place was closed as v went arnd 4 in d eve..dis time me and two of my colleagues were loitering near shanti colony with hunger and dis place came to my mind and we went thr..d place was nearly full occupied mostly by college students..we ordered half tandoori and half barbeque..we actually wanted grilled bt they said it s available only in night..apart frm dat ordered mughal biriyani and schzewan mixed fried rice..both tandoori and barbeque was good but tandoori was a bit xtra good as it was juicy..biriyani was really nice with eggs smashed along with it..bt d mess was mixd fried rice..it was neither spicy nor tasty and was totally blunt..guess d resto might b good in d nite time..need to chk fr next visit..

Best place for fastfast food, mainly non veg. Veggies pls avoid. Veggies almost have nothing to eat. Has AC small dining hall, and separate place inside for our big gang of friends.

Manages to draw crowd for reasons unknown but food here is really mediocre . Only the Shawarma is quite decent but apart from that other dishes are just plain jane , please stay clear from ordering biriyani which is the worst of the lot .
