Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Madras Machan, T. Nagar branch. The food, service, and overall hospitality were outstanding. A special mention to Tiger, who was leading the team. His hospitality was truly amazing — warm, attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring throughout the meal. He made the experience feel personal and memorable. And a big appreciation for Chef Anbuk, who is nothing less than a magician in the kitchen. His cooking skills and understanding of ingredients clearly reflect in every dish. The flavours were beautifully balanced — nothing was overpowering, every spice was in the right proportion, and each dish had that perfect harmony of taste, aroma, and texture. What stood out the most was how thoughtfully the dishes were prepared. The seasoning, spice level, freshness, and presentation were all spot on. It is rare to find food that feels rich and flavourful, yet so well balanced. Overall, Madras Machan T-Nagar is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic, well-crafted food served with genuine hospitality. Kudos to Tiger and Chef Anbuk and the whole team for making the meal truly special. Will definitely visit again!

If you’re craving authentic Chettinad food, Madras Machans is a must-visit! What I absolutely loved is how every dish tasted completely different from the other. Unlike many places where the same masala repeats across dishes, here each item has its own unique flavor and identity. I tried the Nandu Rasam, Mutton Chukka, Pottalam Parotta, and Prawn Thokku—and each one was genuinely impressive. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and felt truly authentic. They also have some really interesting traditional items like Veralai Kulukki (betel leaf drink) and Paruthipaal Halwa, which definitely stand out—not just for the names but also for the taste! Service was quick and efficient, with hardly any waiting time, which made the experience even better. Overall, the quality, taste, and authenticity are top-notch. It’s honestly the kind of place where you’ll end up licking your fingers without even realizing it. Highly recommended—definitely a must-try for Chettinad lovers! ✨
