the food is limited options for a buffet as compared to the normal buffet but what ever items you have are good.... desserts are not that good... I have gone twice and am disappointed with desserts but the main and starters are good...

choice of starters was very poor , delayed service and refilling of dishes not at all taken care of....didn't expect this from ITC!!!

Food is good but other than that fruits are cold and some for foods I don’t like it especially my parents don’t like it

Visited for Easter Sunday buffet brunch. The overall plus was that ingredients and individual dish quality was fine. General service was good. Crowded and noisy. However, we were surprised that, for a 5-star buffet lunch in Chennai, there was no pasta/pizza counter, literally a single sad saucer of cream cheese and a piece of Cheddar plus crackers constituted the entirety of the cheese and salad table. Believe it or not, no pasta or interesting continental mains in the entire spread, apart from an average vegetable pie and glazed carrots. South Indian and desserts were v good. Overall, it felt like style and ITC brand name over substance. Virtually no memorable dish.

The price for the lunch buffet is mentioned as 2150 + taxes in Zomato but the restaurant charged me 3950. My name was not in the reservation list too after paying 200 for the table reservation in Zomato. I guess I was cheated by both Zomato and ITC.

service very bad.soup and starters to be served on table.no body bothered.live kitchen menu not there.food tasty not up to the mark.soup very salty veg starters less variety.lots of dishes but not tasty.rasam too bad.very costly.not worth it.

non veg starters were cold and Mr.venkatesh who was service in charge has to be educated in handling guests. food was below average and service was very poor. wanted my family to experience itc and ended in vain
