ITC stands out for the beautiful ambience, alot of food variety but very few dishes were good, definitely need to improve the Madras pavilion buffet quality equivalent for the money.

Very very bad, terrible food and ambience and it looks like fish market and how can you club all of them like for engagement food and normally paying for buffet and there were some manner less customers too and the except some staffs all were bad

We were charged more than when it was booked. No intimation from ITC on special festival increase in price. Which was not worth. Will not recommend this approach done by ITC. This will not allow any corporates to promote events with ITC
