The ambience is very authentic. The food taste is good except all the dishes have less or no salt at all. The food is a little pricy even if you use District app to pay.

I visited this restaurant for lunch on 1st April and ordered for a Veg Thali. The food and the service by Prasath was exceptional. I will go to this place again.

Took a north Indian friend to enjoy South Indian meal. We ordered two veg thalis and service was pretty decent. The food however was really bad and I was not very sure why even regular items like Sambhar and Rasam did not taste good. The starter was soya based , which a lot of people do not eat. The desserts were also pretty so so, a payasam and a very sweet and non descript milk cake. I do not recommend this place at all.

Malgudi at The Savera has the most pathetic and disrespectful staff. Whole of the Malgudi staff should be thrown out as they do not know how to welcome the guest, no respect at all. They do not know how to respect loyal guests like us and Once we placed the order when we went, after 40 minutes of waiting nor water and food was served on the table after we placed our order, It seems that the Malgudi staff do not like loyal customers who visit regularly. And they are not bothered to look at which customer is calling as it looks like they are ignoring customers. And past 1 year the taste, quantity and quality has come down of all the dishes. It seems Savera owner is not aware of all this and she seriously needs to look into this.
