A great mcD joint at busy streets of adyar,, it's huge with a decent parking space,, tidy and as usual bright ambience,great hospitality and service ,There computer assisted self ordering machine is very nice and attractive,, the breakfast menu was good, I ordered the masala egg scramble with hash brown,, the masala was OK not very desi though, could have been better,, the cappuccino was awesome and everything was served within no time,, the tables could have been proper as it was rocking,, On a whole,,, great place to have a quick meal or enjoy with your family/friends/closed ones.. Cheers!

We two families went and ordered for 4 same veg meals, 2 different meals. The lady who works with the juice outlet in McD jumped in and told the rest of the staff that she will take care, we never thought it is for a cheating ! She offered us another list of juices to choose from instead of the Coke/Fanta gets served with the meals... and we checked twice if it is same price, she said, 'absolutely' ! And when the bill came, she just telling us the price and took our number to whatsapp the bill !! We had paid the money, we felt it is more than we expected... the whatsapp thing never came ( even now) , so asked for a hard copy ! Surprised to see we were billed around 240 ( 225 + 5% GST) extra as 'difference for coverting juice to Leon chiller' which was juice iced water with light colour, coke was 100 times better ! We trust or consider anyone inside the McD as McD staff and never expect them to cheat us !

Ever since it opened in Adyar, I wanted to try it because it was strategically located and brought back old memories when I first tired McD and KFC in Anna Nagar, where it came first. First things first, the ambience was superb with ample parking space but the day we entered, only online orders were taken and no drinks were available, which was a bummer. Nevertheless we ordered a Triple Cheese American Veg Burger, a Cheese Lava Chicken Burger and a McAloo Tikki Burger. Both the gourmet burgers tasted average with no flavor at all. Except for ending up with a burnt tongue due to hot cheese, the flavors were all same. It’s just a patty thing in McDonald’s, apart from which they don’t do any customization. So it’s always better to order the burger with least amount so that the disappointment is not huge.

1. items on the screen are not in stock. after paying, we get to know that they are out of stock 2. if the item is out of stock, they bring what they want. we asked for a cone softy and they got us in a paper cup without checking with us 3. very slow service. just for fries and ice cream , we waited for nearly 20 min, which defeats the purpose of entering a McDonald. overall, I think it is an outlet best avoided

The kitchen here was so busy serving the Uber eats & swiggys & zomatoes that they took more than half an hour to prepare two burgers & 2 drinks! It would hv been better to order from home rather than go there & eat. To top it, their creamy spicy paneer burger was neither creamy nor spicy! The paneer patty had been overlooked and was chewy & tough- definitely not worth the wait!

Such a waste of premium space. Ac not working, manager was too lazy to bill and asked to do it myself, place smells like a bathroom, order took ages. What irked me most is the attitude of the manager. Food was the usual

Horrible service. The touch screen didn't work. Only one of the three counters was staffed. The person there was horribly slow. Didn't even want to wait longer. Friday Nov 29, 11:30 AM
