For me, the combination of McSpicy Paneer Burger, Fries, and the cold coke has always been relishing. Honestly speaking, I absolutely love this meal from McDonald's. Last weekend I ordered the same meal from them and was extremely satisfied. However, other things that impressed me were their eco-friendly packaging and their promise of safety and hygiene. The rider even wore a mask & gloves, sanitized his hands, and maintained social distance before handing over the parcel to me. I completely loved how the McSpicy Paneer Burger was made with cottage cheese patty coated in spicy & crispy batter, topped with a creamy sauce and shredded lettuce. I mean all the spicy, cheesy, and crunchy flavours mixed so well with each other. Extremely gratified! And the warm and crunchy Fries with cold coke always makes a McDonald's meal extra delicious!

Located on the entrance of VR Mall on the Ground Floor. After watching a movie went to the food court as it was crowded, just taught of if and came to the ground floor. As my children’s option is Burger, I have to choose any one from KFC, Burger King or this one. Apart from that, I have tasted KFC and Burger King which is on VR Mall so planned to try this restaurant which is situated on the ground floor. Since it was located separated much of them do have an idea about this restaurant, managed to get a seat on a Saturday evening around 7 pm. Ordered Mc Kebab Chicken Burger, Spicy Maharaja MAC, a Spicy Chicken Kebab and Chicken Sandwich Burger with a Coke. Spicy Mahara MAC burger was delicious and the other Burgers too tasted good. As for my opinion is concerned, McDonald’s serve’s better Burgers than KFC and Burger King. Location - 4.0/5.0; Ambience - 4.0/5.0; Food - 4.0/5.0; Service - 4.0/5.0; VFM -4.0/5.0

I have been here countless time now. A pit stop place whenever visiting VR Chennai mall Spacious seating and vibrant atmosphere i never got disappointed here. A must try junk food chain; serving and keeping their quality sky high

Mc flurry - is my all time favourite . Hope it urs too Vanilla softy - cheapest nd tasty icecream Fries - is good Cold coffee - was yumm Ambience is neat ,clean and good

Nothing can beat the fries here. Who doesn't like McDonald's.. The go to place for everyone. Jus haffun .. keep vibin' homies ;)

Low rating due to the bad experience during my recent visit 13/09 to grab some quick bite for snacks and crew member, sharmila was not able to handle our order politely and was getting angry on her colleagues unnecessarily . Clearly, it was her fault as she was misleading us with the combos . She lied that the cool drink machine is not working and was charging us extra for the other available drinks ... Daya pitched in when I stopped her loosing her temper before the customers . Daya managed it well . He was sober and Got our orders delivered quickly . Sharmila probably realised it later and apologized . Burger was okay and this time with good portion of lettuces ( my kids favourite) along with the main toppings. Additionally , now a days you may find an self order tool near the entrance itself , which helps many educated folks to place their order themselves. Good measure during COVID pandemic. We ordered a special paneer veg burger and happy meal and must say , though the price has increased marginally well over years , the portion has decreased . The toys comes with happy meals are not so good / exciting these days . Go with the current market trend and bring your toys accordingly. Olden days were having cool toys . So being an FDI franchise, you make good money here , but forget to satisfy your customers. Better to review your meal portion , ambience etc Again from scratch. I urge the management , crew like sharmila may make a big dent on the hard earned goodwill and ratings , hence she needs to rectify her behaviour for one and all .

Unlike every other Mc Donald’s out there I would say this place is the worst one ever I mean I ordered so many combo medium size ones and all I get in return is a kid size portion of it!! The Mc Aloo tikki burger was so tiny for a medium sized and no mayonnaise inside it’s just the bun and the patty It was the same for the triple cheese chicken burger so small.. is it cuz the place is inside the mall or something cuz all stand alone stores have the different portion size .. even in Phoenix mall it’s much better .. pathetic experience 🫤

Wish I could put less than one star … McDonald’s AnnaNagar has one of the poorest service that I have ever seen … They gave me wrong items inspite of making me wait more than 30 mins …and packaging of the burger was just awful . Burger literally fell apart .

My order was delivered incomplete... One burger and coke was missing... Nw unable to connect to the outlet or zomata app help...

The food was with uncooked masala. The chicken fries are like home made in a worst way. Food is not like before.
