Being a fan of McDonald's since I can remember, decided to order a delivery to satisfy my cravings. The food was delivered neatly packed and right on time. Loved thst they had included a lot of ketchup packages and this really matters when you love adding it on everything. Started off with the Mcspicy Fried Chicken. This breast piece of chicken had a nice crispy exterior and a juicy ,succulent interior and a nice hit of spice. Yummy to the core indeed. Next was the Mcspicy Chicken Burger which has a piece of fried chicken breast sandwiched between burger buns. It goes down a treat too. Next came my personal favorite- the Maharaja Mac. Two grilled chicken patties enclosed within 3 halves of burger buns with onions ,jalapeños in a spicy mayo based sauce. I doused it in ketchup, my way of embellishing this and must say every bite is delicious. It's a little messy to eat but must say lucking your fingers clean adds to the whole experience. I ordered a cappuccino to have along with the meal and must say the flavor of the coffee was rich and addictive. McDonald's high standards of food safety ,pocket friendly pricing and good customer service are what keeps me going back to this favorite eatery again n again

Food was very good, Service is good. Other Mc Donald’s compare with pondi bazaar Mc Donald’s was very fast service I am loving it

T'was a humid noon after a sapping shopping trip at Pondy Bazaar Chennai that found us sat at our good old McDonald's for a quick bite. Visiting after what seems like eons, found the ambience laidback with optimal seating.  The order was slightly messed up but was immediately rectified without much fuss.  It's the same fare, nothing to complain - the fries and chicken wings arrived hot and crispy.  The all-berry shake was delicious. Self service is nothing to write home about but what stood out was that the staff seemed to be enjoying whatever they were doing.  I find it rare and awesome purely from a customer's perspective.

It’s the only best bet available in this locality if you are new here! Easily locatable and is too spacious for the crowd it pulls. Usual burgers with other regular options are available. Their new system of self generated token was a bit different as I couldn’t find any other franchise in Chennai that uses this technology.

We ordered a McChicken&IcedTea combo through the app, they gave me a coke saying they ran out of icedtea. I told them they should’ve informed me when they billed, I requested them to swap the coke with something else as I don’t drink soft drinks, and she was constantly refusing and talking as if I was at fault. In the end she did give me a berry drink. But I as to argue for 10 mins. So sooo disappointed with the service, they have no consideration for customer satisfaction

They literally put just two jalapeños in my American cheese supreme, that’s literally one of the two vegetables that burger has and they put two.? Hating McDonald’s nowadays
