The newly renovated store looks awesome. I appreciate the way mc donalds has improved their stores and their app. Staff behaviour is nice. I’m a frequent customer. I like fast food and also I hope to get my food in time. But sometimes I have to keep nagging them for getting my order , that’s the part I don’t like. Hope they improve their service.

very few items of my order were delivered, the lot sum of the items were not delivered. no proper response from the shop to find a remedy... as no one picked up the phone call and it was switched off... 1 Mac maharaja chicken burger, 4 Fanta, 2 Mcflurry oreo, 1 Mac chicken wings, sauces( ketchup) nothing was included and nothing were delivered.... just 2 fries and 3 maharaja chicken burger was only delivered... THE WORST SERVING AND THE WORST PACKAGING, HANDLING WITH THE ITEMS, COORDINATION WITH THE DELIVERY PERSON AND WHAT NOT... the patty was fully burnt and black almost... burgers tasted sour instead of spicy... dry and unsalted fries worst, that I have tasted yet in other Mc Donald shops...

It's been 1:30 hours since I ordered. The pudding is very bad. No response. Very bad. They accepted the order. At the last minute, they told me that my order was not there. Very bad. If I didn't have the chicken I ordered, they should have told me in advance. What do you do if they say they don't have it at the last minute? Very very bad restaurant, very bad food.

The service here is dead slow. The main specialty of mcdonald's is speed service where we received our food afyer 45 mins of billing even after the store having very few customers. The burger served were of very bad quality with no filling of basic vegetables in the burger.

There were flies all over the restaurant. I noticed flies sitting on the food items in the preparation area. Very unhygienic. Also the ac is not working properly. It's very hot. The coke I ordered was also flat and not even cold!

I gave 1 star as I could not find 0. Worst service ever - the order was jus lying on the table with incorrect items and the next order was ready to be served. Hell with the place. I will not suggest this outlet to anyone

order item missed only one one item delivered actual order snip attached. very late delivery and worst response from worst like we don't know I recovered voice

No Aircondition in the place , worst management of orders , long queue , counter guys don’t bother to answer and the fries are not done properly
