The green nut cake sponge was very hard and not able to eat. I felt some stomach pain after chewing that hard dry sponge in the cake. The quality is NOT there as it was earlier. They have different items but cakes worst than any small local bakery.

Please change the salesman at the store immediately. The guy doesn't wear gloves or use tongs while picking the items from the shelves. I had to tell him that dude why are you touching with bare hands! And he was smiling as if I told him something strange. Couldn't believe that a brand like Mcrennett promotes such unhygienic culture at their store! Worst salesmanship expected, honestly.

Took black forest cake for birthday party. Cake was of extreme bad quality! Went here for Mccrenet name but was disappointed, to say the least. There are definitely other places to get good cakes from.
