It was midnight, most bakeries were shut or simply refused to take orders. Luckily, I stumbled upon this one, that was still open at 12 AM. I only wanted a half kg cake, but to my surprise, they had fresh Bento cakes and even 1 kg cakes on display. Bored of the same old chocolate, I went with their eggless butterscotch. The flavor hit right, but the sponge could’ve been softer and evenly soaked with sugar syrup. Still, for ₹525, it felt like a pretty good deal budget-friendly and satisfying for a late-night cake run.
