Food was below par, we went at 8 PM, we ordered combo with idiyapam . It was too heavy with spices . Biriyani was burned.

I made a delivery order received only after 2hours ,when the time of delivery was displayed as 30 to 40 mins. when it was already been close to an hour. the rider was waiting for more than half n hour.foodnnot handed over . still there were close to 50 riders waiting to collect their deliveries. if the restaurant is not equipped and prepared,why is it taking more orders? still order status is open only now it's showing 40 to 50 mins. don't order here, very bad planning during peak times. haven't received order for two hours. I had to make multiple phone calls and yell at the people to get my order delivered in 2.15 hours. one of the worst experiences. no apology also for putting thro so much...!

I have dined at Nandhana Palace several times and the one thing which I’d like to insist is that they must limit usage of oil, spices and salt in their preparations. Most of their preparations are extremely unhealthy compared to other restaurants. Too much of oil, spices and salt can be avoided. Yesterday I had severe digestion issues and nausea after consuming Supreme Boneless Chicken Biryani from them. They must address this at a war footing.

I ordered Chicken Lollipop Biryani today through your online service. I would like to bring to your notice that the rice served was good in quality. However, the chicken pieces had a very bad smell and appeared spoiled, making them unfit for consumption.

They are doing fraud with customers, it is specifically mentioned that supreme boneless biryani is 1100gm but they are not even giving 900gm. Why are we paying 360rs for?
