I really enjoyed the food at Old Cheee Bar! It’s located in such a happening area, and the ambience was lovely. My favorite dishes were the puff pizza and the Siky potatoes. I’d definitely rate it a 5 ! hands down the best cheese wheel pasta in town! And def should try the desserts !!

Had an amazing experience at this café! The food was delicious, the ambience was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. Everything came together perfectly, making it a place I’d happily visit again. Highly recommended!

cheese racelette is 700rs with taxes. not at all worth the cost. but for a first time , myself with my 2 friends we ordered and had. the taste was good but is it worth the cost? nope.

Last time when I came with family the manager was completely not accommodating but somehow this time he was letting in family’s for last minute walk ins . I feel so unfair last time when I visited . Hence I booked one week prior but guess I could have done walk in too . I want to mention this to every restaurant to maintain decorum with families with kids . It was so chaotic, and kids running around. I am sure there is a polite way to tell parents to take care of their kids and not disturb other people ! The pasta is no doubt delicious however very small portion . It’s approx 500 with chicken I would expect that 2 people can eat comfortably. The signature cake is must , do not miss this . It’s worth it !

Other than the dessert the food was average, pretty bland. Dessert was but too overpriced. Service was slow, had to ask for water and cutlery multiple times and some of the staff was not very courteous. The place should get a signage outside the building.

The ambience was not great . Food was quite average and fried . Whatever I asked for the waiter said it was either over or not available ( reason being the wait time is too long for that dish ) Overall avg experience .

If you’re planning to visit Old Cheese Bar, here’s an honest take from a recent weekend visit. The restaurant runs strictly on reservations—no walk-ins—which sets expectations for smooth service. However, despite knowing their bookings, their best-selling puff pizza was already sold out, which felt poorly planned. The biggest letdown was the service. The staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. We waited over 30 minutes for a benne dosa and had to follow up multiple times, only to be told the tawa wasn’t hot. The manager then argued about whether it had been 20 or 30 minutes, which was unnecessary—the delay itself was the issue. It was clear the restaurant prioritizes viral gimmick dishes over actual service. While those items seemed well-managed, the overall dining experience lacked coordination. Dessert service was also unorganized, and to top it off, the AC above our table was leaking without any apology. Overall, not worth the hype if you value good service.
