The food.is good. The quantity is OK. BUT the rates are exorbitant. Not worth the money. same quality you can get at half the price. I went there today . was shocked to see the menu. The price mentioned in zomato menu is much cheaper than the actual menu at the restaurant. This place is a rip off. Not worth. Even the menu is just typed on a paper and laminated. I noticed something new. in the bill they have charged me 405 as staff contribution which they said is compulsory. why ? Inspite of exorbitant rates are we supposed to pay this extra 405. ridiculous. check the bill rates with the menu printed on zomato.

Extremely poor handling of an incident that should have been dealt with professionally. During our visit, a member of staff **spilled food on a guest**, causing obvious discomfort and embarrassment. While accidents can happen, the response afterward was unacceptable. After the incident the manager never came to the table, he kept running away from out table There was **no sincere apology**, no offer to replace clothing, comp a dish, or show any real concern. To make matters worse, we were still charged the **full bill**, including a **service charge** — despite the service clearly falling short. Charging for “service” when basic accountability is missing feels disrespectful to guests. This experience completely overshadowed the meal, and based on how it was handled, I would not return or recommend this restaurant.

To Start with,We went To OPAL INN in a Big Group of 28 people with Prior Booking. I would Write a Review'bt the Restaurant,Food and Service but Everything Went for a Toss with The Extremely Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Behaviour of The Floor Manager Lady(I am Not sure whether she even deserves to be called a Lady) jus Coz We wanted to Waive off SERVICE CHARGE From our Total Bill,Which I know is Completely upto THE Customer and Optional according to The Law. The Kind Of Language she Used : NEXT TIME DO NOT COME TO OUR RESTAURANT,MENTAL and To our HORROR she asked Us to GET OUT At the End... I have never ever come across this kind of Disrespectful,Crude and Insolent behaviour from An Hotel Staff.. Jus Completely Furious..

A side plate fell and broke (my mistake)before the food came in. I took 8 guests bill was above around 7K. Service charge of ₹450/- even though I don’t like restaurants which add service charge I was ok as I planned to pay about ₹ 500/- as the serving staff were very courteous. Manager I didn’t have a good impression from the beginning as he was trying to push sea food which obviously not many were ordering. Bill paid all done when I was leaving manager asked me to pay ₹450/- for the broken quarter plate. I gave him ₹ 500/- he never gave me back change. I always take my office guests there I went there twice same week. I will never go back because of the manager. He acts over smart.

the lady manager was just horrible and uncivilised. The restaurant charged us the optional service charge and would just refuse to remove it even after insisting multiple times. She reluctantly agreed to remove it after we made it very clear that we would just not pay the bill unless she removed it. She had the audacity to ask us to leave the premises and not to return again.. well we definitely wudnt go back and would not recommend this place to anyone just because of the terrible service. The manager definitely needs to be thrown out. I hope the management does something about it.

Worst experience, exhorbitant charges, fresh lime soda 220/- one glass, for leftover food charged for container & paper bag 8/- each, service charges charged in name of Staff Distribution @7% of the value Rs.260/-, never removed on request, had to call waiter for every item ordered, Do not go, once my favourite,but now regret, will erase from my mind. Bad-Bye! Dined on 7/12/2025 Sunday.

food was below average. I don't understand how one can make mac and cheese taste bad. kadai chicken is like a basic item,tat also was tasteless.. just the taste of oil. roti was rough and hard. highlight -mayonnaise was bad. fries was stale.. clearly refried dried french fries.

poor experience... Went to the restaurant and made a reservation through zomato, and they claimed they weren't taking any bookings.. wasted 20 mins of our time. the service was bad from the representatives of the restaurant and total waste of time and energy
