We went to this place after being frustrated with the poor service from a nearby outlet. We had ordered their pistachio kunefe and trust me it was delicious!! We’ve had kunefe from turkey itself and this was at par with that. And they were so kind to give us some cut fruits and ice cream as complimentary items to help us fill the waiting time. All in all it is an amazing place with such a beautiful ambience, awesome staff and extremely good food.

Do you get sudden pangs of sweet tooth cravings and have an urgent need to indulge?  Then Ottoman's Baklava & Künefe is the place to be. We chanced upon this outlet for desserts and it was sweetness all the way.  Sampled just a couple of their offerings - layers of goodness!  Hibiscus tea was refreshing. The indoor seating is a bit puny for comfort, but the outdoor arrangements kind of compensates.  It's neatly landscaped for your insta-worthy moments. Will be back to explore more!

#chennai has a new #flavour ❤️ #turkishfood it is at Ottomans Baklava at KNK. We dropped in to buy baklava but ended up having tea, iskender and baklava, thanks to the weather it was kind to us and we ended up seating outdoor. The ambience is beautiful and serene. Going again with friends to enjoy more food and gupshup!!! #foodevangelistyogita #Turkey #turkiye #food #travelinfluencer #yogitauchil

The dough was spot on. Crispy, thin and wonderful. But the syrup was very very sweet. Took the taste from the baklava itself. Still, it's the best baklava u can get today in chennai.

Definitely worth it. Tried both baklava (8/10)and Kunafa (9/10) Lovely Ambience, they also serve a complimentary fruit tray- loved it. Great service.

I honestly went for kunafa cuz it was there on their online menu but in person they said they don’t make it anymore. So I had this pistachio baklava 250 grams that’s like 2 pieces ig!! Along with it there’s this caramel cake or something quite a good portion for a cake it was pretty big tho 😀 For me honestly I guess the baklava here is no different than the ones we get it in Akshayam sweets, I’ve been a regular there and it’s more or less the same but this place is pretty expensive like 100 grams was some 250 bucks or something 😳 It’s a one time try spot for me not sure how it would be for the others 😊

Was a huge fan of their baklavas ever since their 'Oven Basket' days when they were operating from their home in ECR. However after they opened their shop at KNK Road, their regular nuts baklava taste and quality has reduced considerably. Nowadays their baklavas are no longer juicy and tasteful like they used to be before. The sugar syrup used is too sweet and the top flakiness has become so dry that the top layer is no longer juicy as it used to be before. Earlier me and my family members used to have more than one baklava easily at any point of time, but now becoz it's too sweet we get satiated easily and can't consume more than one. Have visited their shop multiple times but it appears now that this taste is standard and no where close to their old taste. Looks like their Chef who started initially has changed. The only thing now which is somewhat better is their soguk baklavas and to some extent their choco baklavas.

If a restaurant is charging Rs 200 for tiny bit of coffee and Rs 300 for a piece of cake atleast have decency of serving the customer with a smile. The staffs are so indifferent, didn’t even was interested in explaining what was in the menu nor took the effort to do some customer service. You enter a restaurant with random words on the menu and the staff expects you to know everything before u order. Complete waste of money and time, and kindly do google research before you order. You can even resort to begging to order some food This is just another place praised by vloggers bloggers influencers but turned out to be like crap……. Sorry to be harsh but u charge 200 for tiny bit of coffee, I expect starbucks service
