Oyama offers an authentic taste of Japan amid a calm setting. I’m a regular and some of my favourite things are the salmon don, the mayo covered prawn tempura, the beef Katsu curry with rice, fried tiny shrimp. They close a bit earlier than most restaurants so plan accordingly.

Been there couple of times… authentic Japanese cuisine is served along with alcohol. Best place to try Japanese foods. Price is on the higher side

Great Japanese food, especially the appetizers - the ebi tempura and the salmon teriyaki were noteworthy! Ordered a salmon aburi sushi too that was fab, and a cheese stuffed chicken that was super indulgent and filling. I tried the chicken katsu with sticky rice for mains that was okayish. Overall, the place gets its yakimono and tempura dishes spot on. Definitely worth a try!

Good Japanese food. The staff was very courteous, and service was quick. The complimentary tea for palate cleansing is a nice touch. The prawns tempura is to die for. Will definitely visit again when in town just for those alone.
