Food we had was amazing We definitely recommend the pineapple and ginger soup, lotus stem cigars the paneer mustani masala was amazing with methi roti, perfectly seasoned jeera rice

Food delivery alone need to be faster even though restaurants was not the full. Curry and gravies doesn’t look like freshly made. Looks like afternoon leftover

I went to Pakwan to celebrate a parent's birthday, and was surprised to see such terrible service at a restaurant which is deemed to be fine dining. Me and other parties got their food very late, they took more than 25 minutes to serve the food. Didn't expect them to have handled the situation so badly.

Service can be improved though there are lot of staff moving around and though they take a request they forget to serve.The buffet is brought to the table and they don’t have self service. For that we can sit and order what we want then go for a buffet, a lunch or dinner of their choice,food can be made with more care taste is not at par. It is more like being served at a gathering. Overall it can be improved in all areas.

we went there for dinner this evening . Ambience was good... that is the end of good things i can speak of.. food was average .. starters lacked taste ..we ordered Polti kbab.. veg chilli tikki.. pani puri and cheese garlic bread.. nothing great to speak of.. soup sweet corn and potato .. tomato basil.. i must say it was below average.. main was atleast ok to an extent. but what was worse was the utter disregard to service by the staff.. mutka biryani was late by 25 mins. the staff did nt communicate to us that it will b delayed. we had children with us and they jst grew tired of waiting. when asked the person who waited on us had such an attitude problem .. they pointed out on the crowd and the fact was the restaurant was not even crowded. worst service pathetic i must say not even one time visit staff must be taught to speak to customers properly

Really disappointed. We paid and booked a table, but still had to wait over 30 minutes. Then they told us the booking amount couldn’t be redeemed. Not happy with the service at all.

overall quality was very very bad.. even the on table buffet was served with delay.. Not worth the money spent.. will not recommend a great option
