I recommend this restuarant atleast during your stay at Chennai. because if you like mutton go there, if you like chicken go there and if you even like fish, go go go here. best items : 1. mutton hyd biryani 2. platters 3. bbq fish

we were looking for the place that serve Mandi and in Chennai quite few places has it and palmshore have portions starting from small to large (which most other restaurants doesn't have). As usual Sunday rush was there and that kept us waiting for 15mins, the valet parking is helpful to get out of the parking space search in that narrow road. we ordered mutton Mandi, arrow chicken, french fries (daughter) and chicken noodles (No spicy we requested) the service is good and it took time of its own and to appetize we got the French fries first and 10mins later we got mutton Mandi and arrow chicken. Mutton Mandi got 1small piece of mutton which will not be suffice for a meat lover which they charge 410, and after requesting for sides they took it from other table and gave it to us (pickled onion and date pickle) arrow chicken went well with the sauce they provided along with French fries and noodles were too bland as we requested and took it as parcel. Now the ambience, they should have kept a separate waiting area despite they know about the crowd in flow, peoples were standing inside the dining area and peeping out what we are eating and whether we have finished eating ( it part of hunger) this reminds exactly like a crowded marriage dining place where people stand behind and stare our eating, we come to hotel with our family to enjoy the signature dishes by sitting casually and spend some time. But this i hadn't seen in any restaurants I been before, now i need to think twice before visiting again and refering this place to friends and family. service and food are good.

I never felt like I have been super disappointed by the restaurant several times. I used to eat in palmshore years ago and they had amazing Arabian food. Last year we celebrated my nephew birthday at a palmshore restaurant and food was not good at all. We were so disappointed. Today I saw this shop in egmore and thought I should try again. I just ordered mushroom soup and chicken shawarma plate. Both were awful. Not even decent taste. Never expected they would serve such low quality food. I have no complaints about their customer service. It was well served. I am not trying this palmshore again.

Starters on chicken was good, also we ordered fish finger, mandi briyani and egg noodles - these three were worst as it not properly cooked. rice and noodles are half boiled and it's very hard to eat..

Food served late, food was not tasty at all, butter chicken was like soup., they changed the food after complaining but the delay was too much. Better to avoid this branch
