excellent food - both veg & non veg. veg could have some more varieties but those available options are top quality. good service. good ambience and conducive for large gatherings of 10 to 30 people also.

We have been to this place for a family dinner and Bishal has been very polite in serving us based on our needs. Food was excellent, dynamite prawns and Barbeque chicken were stand out.

We ordered Kalmari pepper tawa fry, it was undercooked and we were able to sense the raw chilli powder. Never would try this

The chicken was dry and stale. The food was a complete waste of money, for the prices they're charging. 2 of us who dined here experienced stomach issues after. Sitting next to the noisiest room cooler in the world or the washroom is not much of an ambience. Courteous service was the only positive here. Would not recommend this restaurant.

One of the most devastating experience I had in my lifetime in a restaurant is palm shore, koyembedu .. I prebooked my seat with a fee for ala carte (lunch ).. I reached the restaurant on time but to my surprise the security at car park told that there were no tables for the day and he asked me to enquire the front desk .when I went in and asked the receptionist he said the same and called for a supervisor.. The supervisor guy was very rude and not even an apology but said we can’t do anything no table available ( onum pana mudiyathu table Ila ). He also added that it’s not the first time but the same happens every Sunday too . They didn’t even close the prebook options in app or called to previously booked customer to intimate the unavailablity .Meanwhile another group of 16 members were denied the entry too who have prebooked . Later on I asked him to call on to his manager to speak to because this supervisor was busy talking take away orders. He came with an apology but asked me to go to copper kitchen instead .. There were tables free in the ground floor but never offered me one.. I hope the management will at least now address the issue ..Would never recommend this place whatsoever.. Think twice before u book ..

FOR A REVIEW MY DAUGHTER POSTED A PERSON NAMED MR.SARATH / SHARUK MANAGER OF palmshore tired to trace my daughters workplace and contacted her , she is a doctor who was in a emergency case - attending a labour Patient . calling to workplace , saying it's emergency I need to talk to Dr logeshwari. the call was directed to my daughter and regarding wen and wat time u visited the place .is it a dying emergency,to trace someone and call regarding the review .... it's really unfair mistake over a mistake disappointed with team if a review is posted , it is to rectify the error so that next time others won't face it to be rectified---listed down 1. to welcome customer with happy faces 2.properly cooked chicken 3.to serve hot briyani not to trace a person and call regarding the review the posted people should knew this

pls close this restsurant as it doesn't hve any menu as TASTY,,, ordered paneer butter masala, mix veg and roti, roti is burnt, paneer masala is sugary, mix veg doesn't hve any veg apart from peas and carrot,, and the taste is ridiculous,,,every food deserve dustbin

Went to new year buffet . In menu many items were there but some items are not there in buffet. Almost all items are cold and taste was ok ok. Very unhappy with the buffet as the cost is very high around 1k per person.

Very poor food quantity and quality. I tried Mandi plate, which was not a actual Mandi and quality of the food was so poor. Really very disappointing experience.
