The food was pretty good! Especially the lemongrass and chilli fried rice! That’s a must try! The ambience was too good. They have a good range of liquor collection.

Awesome service... Food taste is perfect...we had one appetizer and one main course cost 3100.. one thing I felt very much costly is one water bottle of 750ml cost 400rupees + tax. Paying for food is convincing ...but paying water 440Rs for 750ml water bottle made me exhausted!

We visited here for dinner on friday and it was a special occasion. We were made to sit near the bar which looked isolated from the restaurant, when asked they said walk-ins are made to sit here. We ordered mocktails (raspberry mint and fruit frost) and they were good. For starters we ordered chilli lamb and it was damn good. Coming to the main course it was good, nothing special though for a star hotel and for the amount they charge. After all this, the major setback was when the waiter who served us only a drink came and said "You should write a comment and my name to mention is (don't want to say his name)". Actually the person who served us the whole time was "Zika", who did a great job which we really appreciate very much!!! Taste - 3/5 Ambience -3/5 Service - 4/5 Cost - 2.5/5

Dined for tasting menu which had basically the entire menu. Did not find the food any different than the Chinese hawker style food. In fact the coconut ice cream was best thing in menu. So my 3 stars. Nothing special and can be missed.

We were there for the Sunday brunch and it was such a letdown - every single course of the meal. No nigiri or sashimi, some average quality maki (in comparison Leela's Spectra brunch has tuna, salmon and other nigiris and sashimi). The dimsums either had skin pealing off or so gooey that they were sticking to the palate. The appeitisers were unidimensional - batter fried prawns, stir fried lamb and chicken, all on the spicy side Worst were the main course - two non-veg choices - chicken and basa, batter friend with corn flour and dunked in some sauce - two of the cheapest proteins available in the market with a cooking method that every roadside joint in India uses (coat with corn flour, deep fry, dunk it in a sauce) The dessert spread didn't have anything Asian about it. For a restaurant that is supposed to cover some of the most amazing cuisines of the world - Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese (Sichuan, Cantonese, Shanghanese, Hainan etc.), it has to be a combination of cost cutting, lack of imagination and poor skills, to end up with this.

Definitely the quality has dropped. From the starters to the main course nothing was upto the mark. The dim sums were good, however every other starter was a disappointment. The main course was a disaster with both the rice and noodles lacking flavour. The desserts were top notch in both taste and quality as expected from an ITC property. Definitely wouldn’t waste my money going back here again.

Great sushi! Charged 300 for water under "soft beverages" and did not give jasmine rice with thai curry

I took my parents for dinner. Was very disappointed with both the food and the service. The food was neither authentic nor was it as good as local indo-chinese. Even if the food were to be priced as cheap fast food, I wouldn’t pay for it. Service was even more poor where the person taking the order had limited knowledge and we had to serve ourselves. I don’t think I will ever go back.

Can it be possible to give below 1 star? This is not at a 5star hotel level at all. The food is not at all to par with what you expect for ITC or any luxury hotel brand. Kindly AVOID IT! Please read Mr Siddhartha's review. That very well summarises the approach to the food.

What a pathetic service. ITC really needs to watch what service they are offering. we went for a corporate dinner and they cleared had poor service! We packed all the food home and they mixed up veg and non vegetarian dishes. doesn't even deserve 1 star
