Must try: Peri Peri Paneer Cannelloni. The Wild Mushroom Ravioli and the Peri Peri Paneer Cannelloni were nothing short of phenomenal — a burst of vivid flavour, balanced yet bold, each bite thoughtfully layered. The presentation was characteristically elegant, almost too pretty to disturb, but completely irresistible in taste. The food was exquisite, plated like art, and tasted even better. What truly made our experience memorable was the service. The staff were exceptionally warm and went out of their way to make us feel celebrated. It was my friend’s birthday, and without even asking, they played a birthday song and offered to take pictures for us — the kind of kindness you can’t fabricate. Their hospitality made the lunch feel personal, intimate and incredibly special. It’s rare to return to a place and still walk out impressed — but Pan Sauce Poetry proved that great restaurants aren’t just about great food, they’re about how they make you feel. And this place made us feel seen, appreciated, and happy. Already looking forward to our next visit.

I didn't know there was such a great restaurant in Chennai! The open kitchen made me feel more confident about the food, and the food itself was delicious. It would be a great place to come with a group.

The food was amazing! Some in-house, freshly made Pasta. all yumm. We tried Pasta Genovese, a Black Pasta with Wild Mushrooms a really creamy pesto spaghetti, and Red Sauce Spaghetti which my 10yo lapped up. Mezze platter ✅ hummus, babaghanoush and the Muhamarra were on point. If the lavash was made in house, compliments to the Baker! We ordered a couple of moctkails - The Cranberry Sangria, The Mojito and The Watermelon Coolers were all great. We'd ordered three desserts - two Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel based and one Citrus Cheesecake. The chocolate ones were a runaway hit, and finished off in seconds. Now for Can Do Better section: The Dragon Coconut drink wasn't what we expected. Not Tender Coconut water, but Dragon Fruit and Coconut milk. The Tomato Basil soup - a lukewarm Rasam served on a plate. Citrus cheesecake was Neither citrusy or Cheesecakey. 10 steep steps to climb. No Lift. Also No Parking or Valet.

we have always liked this place for their non fussy take on fine done food but this visit was disappointing, the service was poor. We ordered the asparagus soup, fiery chicken wings, mac and cheese , duck ragout and the duck steak. Mac and cheese, soup were great Both duck items were disappointing, steak was over done, ragout tasted like it was just reheated from the fridge. It was one of the classics here and I was. looking forward to having it after a long time and it was a huge let down! I hope along with the look and feel they also get the food and service on track!
