I always wonder about some of the negative reviews here. They can be quite misleading and harming a good restaurant such as this. This place should be your go to place for good continental food..the pastas here are excellent. we had pink pasta, carbonara pasta and both were yummm. Full 5/5 for both. Their roast chicken sandwich was fresh and flavourful. 5/5. we'll have to come another day just to try their desserts. The nachos were out of the world 5/5 The service is a bit slow but people are nice and friendly. so I can excuse that.

After a long time I am writing the review...today I have visited pantry d or for dinner...usually I used to buy cakes for my son...pantry is known for their pastries...now first coming to the ambience it's quite compact....now the food part first we ordered a strawberry pastry it was quite good but not extraordinary....then ordered minnerstrone soup was good,then garlic toast was also good....then came peri peri panneer in starter which was really good not oily ,then we ordered pesto pasta again which was really delicious....on the whole the food was good but not extraordinary....service was quiet decent no complaints....coming to vehicle parking it's self and not valet....on the whole a good restaurant for family and friends.....

A Mixed Experience — Great Food, But Staff Needs Clarity! I recently spent a couple of hours at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food — the food champion was truly excellent, and the ambiance was inviting enough to make me want to stay longer. It's clearly a well-run kitchen, and for that, they deserve full credit. However, I did run into an unexpected experience with the staff that left me a little disappointed. After finishing my meal and settling the bill, I was politely asked not to use my laptop. While I respect any house rules, I looked around and only found a notice that said "no interviews or business meetings allowed" — there was no mention of laptops. When I asked the staff for clarification, their responses were a bit inconsistent. First, I was told laptops weren’t allowed at all. Then they said laptops were allowed if I continued to order food. I wasn’t trying to stretch my stay without being a customer — I had already placed a full order and paid. I just needed a few minutes to wrap up some work quietly. I understand the need for table turnover, especially in busy spots, but clearer communication and a little flexibility can go a long way in customer satisfaction. Many of us are happy to follow the rules — we just need them to be clearly stated and consistently upheld. Overall, I’d still recommend this place for the food, but I hope the management takes a moment to brief the staff on how to handle such situations more gracefully. Sometimes, a 10-minute window for a customer to finish up can be the difference between a good experience and an uncomfortable one.

Visited multiple times. But had a bad experience today. Bbq chicken burger that i ordered tasted very bad and i raised a concern. They said everything is new only and you may not like it and asked me to pay for the one which I returned. Unexpected.

Pastries were so overpriced and the texture or taste didn't do much justice to the price. Was shocked because I used to love this place 8 yrs ago (ik that's a long time)

Terrible service. Had to wait for over half an hour for the starter to be brought. One of the main courses took over 50 minutes and still wasn’t brought to the table. They kept saying it would take 2 minutes more, but the 2 minutes didn’t seem to end at all. We just ended up paying the bill for the food that did make it to the table and leaving. Absolutely terrible experience. Never going back there ever again.

The food was really terrible! the Taste was very poor. I was not satisfied with few dishes and even reported to the manager about the food he was very sarcastic and irritating! Would definitely not recommend this place
