I have no idea how many times I’ve visited this place. I guess they’ve been in Anna Nagar for over a decade or so! All cheesecake lovers must try their Caramel Cheesecake; it’s their signature dish. The texture is soft, and as someone who loves caramel, this cheesecake has taken the taste to the next level. I also had their Devilled Chicken Vol au Vent, a puff-based dish with a puff pastry base, chicken, lettuce, and other veggies. The plating was good, and the dish exceeded my expectations. One drawback would be their Iced Americano. The espresso shot was too weak, and there was too much water in it. Usually, it is served in a whiskey glass to provide a strong caffeine hit, but this was served in a big glass, making it too watery! Dear Management, please rectify the Americano. The standard ratio should be 60ml espresso, 40ml water, and 4 ice cubes. Apart from this, I had an amazing time here!

Nungambakkam Chennai is one place that's brimming with a diverse pack of cafes and restaurants. A recent addition to this chock-a-block is Pantry D'or at Ispahani Centre. Optimal space usage at the atrium with neat and comfortable seating is a plus. The food is on par with its Anna Nagar outlet, good in every bite. The Elder flower mojito was heavenly. But, the service is mediocre, one needed to constantly wave to get attention. Also, the place seemed to be infested with flies, heed to this and it's glory all the way!!

The setup was like a food court and not like a restaurant. The staff looked very laid back. No one came on the table to take order. We have to go to the counter with menu card to give order. Very poor service and bad training to staff. with so many restaurant around they need to up their game and make sure they are giving good service. Coming to food it was below average and the quantity is ok as per the pricing . The food needs lot of improvement . The ambiance is just below average and the whole setup is like food court nothing very striking or vibrant. Anyways I ll not be going to this place second time atleast

horrible service. people who are employed here don't even understand what we order. very very bad service. very understaffed to manage the little crowd also. have been visiting this place since last 7 yrs. my recent experience on 20/08/24 was very bad.

The service was extremely poor, we had to wait and ask for a glass of water. The staff ignored us multiple times. The good was below average, this is not what is expected of such a prominent cafe in Chennai which used to serve amazing English breakfast a few years ago. The loaded fries were hardly loaded, it had too many fries with countable chicken pieces and thin strands of barbecue sauce. The sandwich was also pretty average. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

Have tried different things here multiple times, hot chocolate tasted literally like hot water and pasta taste keep differing each time we eat depending on the chef Not a go to place from my poor experiences
