The bun itself was amazing. Would go again just for that. Chicken Cheese poppers looked so so but actually tasted really good. Chicken wrap and frappe was pretty good too. Loaded fries and tacos were just decent. The lamb burger patty was underwhelmingly small and shallow fried, not grilled. The fried chicken patty looked much better but didn’t get to try it. Recently affordable, especially given it it in a mall

The bun is never there especially after 2pm even on a week day..the staff really don’t seem to care am not sure if it is their normal demeanour or they are very tired..am a regular here not once had I seen a smile on their face..and they should change their name to just papa

Decided to grab lunch at Pappa Roti at Express Avenue Mall Chennai, totally trusting my initial exploit at their Phoenix Mall outlet only to be terribly letdown. Their flavoursome buns, as they call it, were off the menu. The rest of the fare was mediocre. The service was complacent. As the last nail, the outlet was infested with roaches, one actually dashed across my unfinished plate, from between the table ledges. Notified the team to be met with indifferent nods

The experience at Pappa Roti was below average. • The Bun is fresh and spongy. It is basic, the taste fails to dwell. • Mochachinno lacks the Cappuccino consistency. The taste of coffee and chocolate didn’t blend together, quite watery. ☕️ • The Chicken Quesadilla is stuffed with capsicums and cheese, hardly a chunk or two of chicken. 🐓

1. There was no place for handwash 2. The Bbq wings had some very old chicken 3. The Mamarosa chicken pasta was so bland and bad. Even the chicken in it was not fresh. 4. The Philladelphia cheese chicken burger was very vanilla. Only the cheese was good. It had no punch and felt like KFC burgers were better!

We ordered fish fingers and it came uncooked . Then we told them about the issue and second time they gave with fish smelling like stale. They need to really be careful of brand they operate and quality of food which they are providing .

The chilli cheese toast has mayonnaise and its flavor is predominant. And each piece of the toast just has one slice of chilli - the flavour doesn’t percolate. The moroccan pasta was also very bland - we had ordered it because the waiter said it was spicy. The vegetables were raw in the pasta. Avoid it at all costs. The pumpkin soup was good. The single star is for that and the quick service.

Extremely bad! Avoid at all cost.Even road side food is much better that this "signature bun".Ordered 3 buns and got 2 and a half and wait time was 15+ minutes. Replacing half bun would take another 15+ minutes. Please refrain this place. Even modern bun is better that "signature bun". Fries and tea - good. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/

bad service, worst food. chicken and veggies were stale. The service staff are either having a mid life crisis or are just not very interested in this job what so ever.
