Me and a 6 of my friends went there and we were able to find a table without much difficulty. The staff kept us updated on when there was a table free. The food was really great and we loved the pizzas and pastas. The food came quite fast and there wasn't a lot of wait time. The staff was probably the best part of it all. They were extremely friendly and told us everything and kept us informed. They engaged in a lot of conversation and gave us really good recommendations. They also gave us a very excellent bun on the house as a gifts and it too was really good. Overall the price was also really good and extremely worth it. I would strongly suggest going here as it's good food and a ambiance at quite a cheap price

We wentvto shopoing at palladium snd just causually spotted Papoa Roti...Just wanted to try so entered. We ordered pizza and french fries. I love the pizza as it was thin crust and are good too for people following keto diet. French fries also were soft .. I personally felt little expensive ..... Nothing big on the interior decor, but neatly utilized space.

We tried their signature flavored buns and it was top notch.So crunchy outside and caramelized soft layer inside. Thought its bit expensive it was worthy, Service was really good amidst the crowd.

Papparoti which is very famous for its breads. And should also be famous because breads are very good. We ate signature coffee bun which was very good. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside. I have never eaten such a bun. We also ordered margerita pizza, espresso and mochaccino. All the food was good. Service was also very good. SAGAR was very good in his work. A really good coffee bun! Ive never been to Pappa roti before and my first time is really satisfying! Man the bun was super tasty. I'm not a very much of a sweet teeth person, but their signature bun with Lotus biscoff butter and syrup was just perfect. Their savuory menu was also good. Wraps were pretty big and so were the sandwiches. And they have whole wheat sandwich which was nice! Will surely visit again.

Ambiance is good. Good service and polite staffs. We ordered Pasta, pizza, raspberry ice tea and paparoti signature bun with Almond and Nutella and few sides as well. My kids loved Creamy pasta and paproti signature bun. I loved pasta and raspberry iced tea. Little pricey but with it for the taste. Will visit again for sure.

The ginger milk tea with a freshly baked bun felt like consuming a slice of heaven on earth. Absolutely love their evening refreshments however their fried appetizers could be improved. We also ordered a plate of mozzarella sticks which were too cold and gluggy to consume. The French toast was also average. However we appreciated the swift and courteous staff.

I visited pappa roti on a Saturday for lunch and I had a pathetic experience. For a cafe located in Phoenix mall, the hype would obviously be high and it looks cosy to add it up. Falling for the same, I went there with my husband and sis. We went around 2:30 and it took half an hour to just receive the menu card. Even after probing for many a times, didn’t get a response. We waited patiently as we knew it’s a busy Saturday noon. But at the same time, we expect the same courtesy out of them. Nobody came forward even to say that it would take time. Ordered a mac n cheese and they brought penne pasta at 4. I mean, will someone not know the diff btw mac n cheese and a penne. Just imagine, how much money Phoenix charges for a car parking and such cafes don’t charge less for their recipes; also a huge amount of service charge and gst for such cafes, what not. The most annoying moment was the waiters were running after foreign customers and not giving a damn to Indians.

This place was famous for their cream bun. But now it has lost its charm and quality . The bun was hard , and you barely find any butter inside . Same goes with their sandwiches as well. The loaf was so hard and dry. Not value for money and not gonna visit here anymore .
