Need to improve freshness of food and cooking method specially for the Fiery Chicken Tandoori Kabab. A mutton Biryani was not upto the mark, 6-7 pcs were given which were around 15-20 gms each I belive. Need to improve quality and service too, as service were getting delayed too.

hyd biriyani had very less masala and very bland..not authentic at all or at least not to the level.that you get in hyd. waiter took order for Veg biriyani but later came and said it not available. No paratha option too since master is on leave..very unhappy experience. Already visited once and had a bad experience, thought they would have improved this time but was wrong.. will never go back again..

I’ve been going to this restaurant for the past five years. The food quality has come down a lot. I ordered garlic chicken kebab and I’m sure it was made from old chicken. Do I look like a clown paying almost rs.400 for some old chicken? Paradise biryani used to be my comfort food and now it’s a restaurant I’d never go anyway near.

We got mini Briyani through coupon and they’re giving less than the actual quantity because we’ve ordered mini Briyani from the same shop. This scam should be rectified or it’s better if district app stops giving us such coupons.

whatever item we asked from the menu, nothing was available. they are existing only spoil the face of Hyderabad paradise. paradise management should stop letting this chennai katupakkam branch run in order to save the reputation

Worst food. Ordered Nizami mutton biriyani, it tasted awful. Raita was like butter milk and salna was liquid. After having the awful biriyani we didn't dare to order anything else. We went to another restaurant to finish our meal.

It boosts of big menu but no food offered here. They are spoiling the name of Hyderabads most famous biryani. Paradise management should stop letting outlets run in Chennai katupakkam
