Nice joint to grab a quick bite. Staff is friendly and I would recommend chef’s specials.

I went for a late lunch today at Park Hyatt, choosing to sit in the outdoor area of the coffee shop that overlooks the water. The staff confirmed it was open for service, but for nearly 30 minutes, no one came to our table. We eventually had to walk inside to get someone’s attention and request service. After waiting , someone finally came to take our order. We mentioned that we’d been waiting a while, but there was no acknowledgment or apology. We ordered a salad and a wrap, specifically asking for chicken to be added to the salad. However, the salad arrived without the chicken. That took another 15 minutes to sort out. The wrap came much later, and to top it off, the napkin provided was torn. For a brand like Park Hyatt, this level of service is extremely disappointing. What happened to the basic principles of hospitality — greeting guests, serving water, checking in on tables? Are we really asking for too much? It’s honestly disheartening to see the current state of service in hotels. That said, we didn’t want to let it ruin our evening, so we chose not to make a fuss — though, given the experience, we didn’t expect anything would be done anyway.

I had visited park brasserie at the park hyatt to celebrate my dad s birthday. It was one of the worst decisions i ever made. My dad was left totally disappointed and my dads birthday dinner was left as a day best forgotten. We are vegetarians and there were very few options for vegetarians. The starters were horrible. We requested a couple of times stating the same and the servers had no interest in making any changes. The soup was cold. The maincourse lacked taste. I havnt had such a horrible experience ever in a star hotel. Moreover with the limited number of options available for vegetarians, lack of service by the team, lack of willingness to correct, it was a night to forget. I dont feel they even want to make the guests happy or have the empathy which a 5 star like hyatt demands
