With a humble beginning, it all started here. I presume that this was the first shop that was opened. I would even proudly say that this is the pride of Perambur. There was one time I still remember that they used to provide a small discount for all the items only in this specific shop. The place is very small, congested and all. But the place is nice and clean and tidy with good service and decent ambience. While there isn't much place to sit and eat stuff, there are few unique specialities provided here that will make this sweets and savouries place stand apart from the rest of the competition. The ultimate crispy jalebi has no competition whatsoever, the soft luscious channa payas could rival that of Gangotri's, the spongy rasmalai here is as good as Shree Mithai's, the super thick and rich basundi will make sowcarpet jealous, the imitation Tirupati laddu here is good too, the ghee masala boli is a treat. A bit more spacious place would always be appreciated.

The management made our whole dinner experience a nightmare. The food was average, but the service was pathetic. The manager will shout at the top of his voice and embarrass you in front of your guests just to make a point. It's super chaotic as the food arrival is super slow. Do not have big gathering at this place as the bill is high but your day would not end on a high note.
