I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Peshawri, ITC Grand Chola. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the elegant yet traditional ambiance. The staff were attentive, courteous, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The food was outstanding — authentic flavors, perfectly cooked dishes, and beautifully presented. The kebabs were succulent and full of flavor, and the signature dal was one of the best I’ve ever had. The balance of spices and the quality of ingredients really showcased the richness of North-West Frontier cuisine. What stood out most was the consistency — every course was served with care, and the service was seamless without being intrusive. The team ensured that my dining experience was memorable from start to finish. Overall, Peshawri is more than just a restaurant; it’s a complete culinary experience. Authentic flavours, exceptional service, and a true ITC experience I recently dined at Peshawri, ITC Grand Chola, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambience is warm, earthy and inspired by the rugged charm of the North-West Frontier, making it perfect for a memorable dining experience. The food was exceptional—perfectly cooked kebabs, flavourful dals, and beautifully balanced spices that highlight the restaurant’s signature style. The quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship in each dish truly stand out. A special mention to the service team who were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and warm. They guided us through the menu with genuine hospitality and ensured we had a wonderful time. If you're looking for an authentic and premium dining experience in Chennai, Peshawri is highly recommended. Definitely a place you’ll want to return to!

Recently dined at Peshawri and was impressed not just by the food and service, but also by ITC’s thoughtful new initiative — the Guest Purse Hook. Such a simple yet smart addition that truly enhances guest comfort. It’s great to see a restaurant paying attention to the small details that make a big difference. Excellent experience as always!

Pahari is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever visited. All credit goes to Mr. Prakash. Who was an amazing manager on duty, and he ensure that my dining was very smooth! The food quality and taste is amazing, and it is unbeatable

The set menu was excellent. Particularly liked the Sikandari Rann and Tandoori Jhinga. Breads were really nice too, along with the Dal Bukhara. For desserts had Kulfi Falooda.

Tapas the manager was a great host . However , pavan stole the show with his service a king style . I would recommend you to come here if you want to experience royalty .

Disappointing experience – Cold food and slow service not worth the premium price. .We ordered the Non-Veg Set Menu B for two, and it was a waste of money. •Service: Extremely slow. The quality was poor and cold. Bill not provided

The food use to be good at Peshawari…But now food is ok …And the service is pathetic…Once they make you sit after that we need to call them to take the order and once order is placed it comes after some time…Then you keep waiting in between starters and main course and like no one is bothered or will come and inform that food is on the way shall we get something in between etc…Taj is much better atleast in chennai…Whereas ITC in other cities have good service but chennai chola Sheratons peshawari’s service is awful!
