Food was amazing, service was a bit slow, ambiance is great. It is a great place to go with friends and family. Lovely place . If you are looking for a really good North Indian restaurant then this is it. The flavours are on point

After having good food in Pind Velachery I thought to try this restaurant in Chromepet for the office lunch. The place is located on the main road and the gaudy outdoor decor will not let it miss the sight. They have valet parking which is always an advantage at the busy locality like this. The place is very vibrant and a lot of Punjabi decorations have a feel happy vibe. The place looks full of energy with Punjabi songs in the background . Full marks to ambiance. The staff is well trained and courteous. They are quick to take orders and serve the same. No problem with the staff. Now coming to food it has a good range on their menu and it's pure vegetarian. The food quality is just average and it is so bland that it never gave the impression of Punjabi food. The basic malai kofta cannot be prepared authentically. The other food items are also just average. The price they are charging doesn't justify both quantity and quality . The chef needs to up their game else it will be a one time visit only. Dishes Ordered 1. Punjabi Thali 2. Paneer Masala 3. Malai Kofta 4. Breads ( Naan , Roti and Phulka) 5. Sweet Lassi

So we booked a table for 23 and went there for their buffet. While pind's food has always been good, we were in for a suprise with their service. The service was so slow that it took us 1.5 hours to get all the items. We got a starter after we were almost done with the main course. The main course was served in literally eating spoons and the attitude of their staff while requesting for an extra person to serve to speeden things up turned terrible as she started saying this is what can be provided at their end in a harsh tone. While I can write an even bigger essay, in simple if you go as a group and are thinking about spending nearly 800 bucks for a meal, their service will make you feel as if you have donated this money for free and would come back with an unsatisfied tummy.

First when we went A/C was not working , second None of the food items ordered were not served Hot (Starters & Main course) served cold(Punjabi Masala Beer) third the capsicum Masala was served with too much salty..How ever they replaced it..But we had to wait in the middle of having the meal by the time we lost the appetite enjoying food. Dear Chromepet Pind if you can't serve properly please close the restaurant. Thanks for Manager directing to put the view on the platform.

Very rude behaviour from the front desk employee, kept insisting phone number in a very rude manner, it can be requested in a polite manner but it did not seem right at all how they treated the customers. Very bad ambiance and food was burnt, will never recommend this place to anyone nor will we be visiting again. Horrible experience overall kindly consider changing your staffs 👎
