This franchise is located on the first floor just above KFC and is well laid out space. The eatery was decorated in keeping with the Christmas theme . Started with Jalapeno Poppers,Garlic Bread Stix,Baked Chicken wings which were a lil dry and spicy. Washed down the eats with the tangy Masala Lemonade and decided to order the Masala Sausage stuffed crust pizza with spicy chicken meatball topping,very tasty indeed and the stuffed crust elevated what i would normally discard( the dry crust). Next was the Chicken Supreme Personal Pan Pizza with 3 types of chicken toppings. From the veg options,the Veggie Italiano with the cheese stuffed crust was a tasty choice. By way of desserts we tried the Skillet Choco Chip Sundae and the Volcano cake which was a type of lava cake except that the inner molten centre was not molten enough. They have interesting offers which will definitely tempt the pizza afficinado to try .

Dint ever realize medium pizza could cost us close to 1000 bucks.. but the base was favorful which we usually dont get it back in the US for veggie.. so we liked it though, even if it is costlier..

The billboard outside the pizza hut which says everyday value offer. 2 pizzas starting from 99 each. We walked into the restaurant and asked for the offer. The staff who took my order Mr Ayyapan said that the offer is not available and pushed us to go for the regular menu. We ended up ordering regular pizzas for actual rate and finished it. While leaving, we said if the offer is not available, please turn of the billboard sign which fools the ppl to visit the restaurant. Then the staff said yes the offer is available. What kind of a place is this?? This is some serious robbing from customers. Secondly, the oregano bottle had a broken lid and when we used it, the complete lot fell onto our pizza and we ended up wiping off the entire topping with tissue since the cheese are sticky and it's difficult only to wipe of the oregano alone. I suggest not to visit this place. Just turn back, cross the road and walk for Dominos. Also we strongly suspect if the Pizza hut management has instructed their staffs to push customers away from offers because these kind of things will not happen in any other restaurants. Poor maintenance. Pathetic staffs. Couldn't find any rating which is less than 1 Star.

Visited store to order Friday unlimited offer. Order received embarassed us giving unwanted rules for it. We still said ok politely. After mins denied taking order n told us that Medium pizzas r out of stock n can serve only pan pizzas in that offer. We again said ok. After mins told us Pan pizzas can't be served in that offer. With option left, we ordered 2 medium pizzas normally n was served. Crazy, medium pizzas was told out of stock for the offer but served when ordered outside the offer.

service was worst. people talking rudely. if you don't have enough base equipments to provide why are you displaying you have unlimited offer. why the hell are you displaying offers and deals when you don't have the proper equipments. Stepped out without having pizza. When a person is asking for an order who takes 45 minutes to take an order. People are not responsible. don't go here

The chicken meatball pizza was totally not worth for rupees 269. It was such a tiny pizza and literally had only 4 small peices of chicken. Tried raising an issue with the Zomato helpdesk but they seemed rude. Pizza hut I need my money back. Give me a refund of 269 rupees asap

The crust ordered wasn't right, the crust wasn't cooked properly and was hard. The cheese and the sauce were outdated or mixed with some artificial flavours

only one staff member at the counter to take the order. I was second in the queue and it took me 20 minutes to place the order.
