I randomly visited Plug and Play and noticed a 30% District offer before visiting. The District app clearly stated “No booking required.” I played VR and Sand Pit for around ₹500. When I tried to pay through District, the cashier told me that prior booking was mandatory. I showed him the app and clearly pointed out that it said “No booking required.” Instead of resolving the issue, the staff insisted that a booking was required and then stated that it was a fault on District’s side and they were not responsible. When I asked whether I could at least use District for the food, he eventually agreed, but I had to pay separately for the games. but the food was great and the staff were friendly. This needs to be addressed seriously. Staff should not tell customers that booking is mandatory when the District app clearly says otherwise and then simply blame District for the discrepancy. I request both Plug and Play and District to rectify this immediately and ensure the offer terms and actual payment process are consistent. Until then, customers should book in advance to avoid this experience.

food has to be improved a lot , bad smell in fish(fish and chips-only4 fish pieces) and chicken lasagne also has a bad smell like old meat. chicken is very bland no taste at all. spaghetti was ok. don't waste your money on food. good ambience and play area to spend some time. charges are not worthy.
