The dishes were mouthwatering and tasty in Ponnusamy Hotel…So remarkable was the totality of our experience at this restaurant. I had ordered Chicken Biryani and MUTTON KOLA URUNDAI CURRY dish last Saturday…. With the service, we were so pleased. Loved their amazing South Indian, Chettinad, Pizza…….

I would give it a 12/10 The food tastes too good. I have enjoyed each and every bite of my meal. The rice quantity though is a lot, sufficient for two people

I went 10 years before earlier, the food and quality of service was nice. again I went today, got surprised - no one in hotel. the service was good but even at 8 pm biriyani not available. and on my order except nethili fish and chicken lolipop others are good. nethili fish fry was spoiled and not even eat a sinhle fish. and the chicken lolipop was old and re feied chicken. can see the chciken was very hard to chew. (double cooked).

A good place to try Chettinad in Chennai, albeit the place is a chain with some commercialization after effects in its food. The dishes were fab, rich in flavour - the fish fry and the pichi potta kozhi were Stanford The mutton kola curry was peppery and packed a great punch. The quantity can be improved a lot though for the price. The service was super sluggish, probably due to focusing on the Bahubali thali orders that can serve atleast four.

The restaurant is quite unclean! The service is really really bad! Horrible! They took more than 20 minutes to just get us meals and to top it off they said the rice was getting ready and the papad, they brought it when we were almost done with the meal. The washroom is very dirty and there was no hand washing soap available! When we asked for it for the 4th time, they said they’ve sent someone to go pick up soap! I can’t understand how a restaurant like this does not have hand wash. With this being said, food was decent. But the service and the cleanliness was a complete mood spoiler.

I wish there was a rating less than 1. Horrible service rude staff, low quality spoilt food. I went there for lunch today and ordered the thali. The food was old and not at all edible. The prawns had raw taste and felt like puking. When asked about this to manager he was arguing saying “we cant say that the food is bad” is this how you treat a customer? Please don’t visit this place. Waste of money and time!!

We ordered the overrated bahubali thali.. they took more than 2 hoursand never got us the meal, served something called a chicken soup with only tomatoes, tased awful. The service was very poor, the servers were very rude. We left the restaurant without eating Worse
